We had ordered prescription food from our vet and sadly our dog passed away the same day shipment arrived. Not only did Chewy refund my money, they instructed the food could be donated to a shelter and I did not need to return. A few days later we received a dozen roses with a sympathy card. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. Chewy has my business for life.

I have ordered products from Chewy for my dog for a number of years, some prescription things & some not. Most recently, I ordered a new bag of food & seizure medication for her. Within a few days, she had to be put down. I notified Chewy about what happened. I was sent beautiful flowers. The company has outstanding CSR. I will continue to use Chewy when I find my new friend.

I have had nothing but exception service through Chewy, timely deliveries, great products, easy changes to auto shipments, etc. However, the real testament to their amazing care for customers came this week. My Dachshund, Lilly, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday. Grief stricken, I called them on Tuesday because I had just received your auto shipment for food. I asked if I could return it. Not only did they credit me the entire amount, told me to donate it to my favorite animal charity, but they also sent me flowers and a card offering their condolences. My vet didn’t even do that! It really has been helpful to me to have their support during this very difficult situation.

I was in a rush and placed my order online only to realize I had used an old address. I called chewy and spoke to Elysia. She was awesome. She was so personable and even asked me about my dogs. She was patient as well, as I had all 3 dogs barking in the background. She fixed my issue quickly and effectively. A very pleasant experience. Thank you Elysia!

Not only does Chewy.com have IT ALL for pets, but they have IT ALL for pets at very good prices with free shipping over $50. Chewy.com ships the same day and I get my orders within 24 hours in upstate NY, shipped free. You can't beat that. Even the kitty litter boxes come plastic wrapped without leaks. I found cat food I had never seen in any stores on Chewy.com. My cats were very happy about that! Highly recommended. I no longer shop for pet food and supplies at the grocery store. You won't have to, either.

I have been using Chewy.com for my dogs’ high quality food for the last several years. I have always had great, timely deliveries. However, in the last few days, Chewy customer service has absolutely blown me away. My dog Molly passed away suddenly last month but, in all my grief, I forgot to decrease the number of food bags I have delivered (although Chewy makes this SO easy to do!). Last week my other dog’s vet recommended switching food and thus I found myself with a $60 bag of unused food I didn’t need. I saw that Chewy has a great return policy (within 1 year of purchase!) so I contacted customer service to see how I might go about returning the bag. Donovan replied with the kindest, sincerest words of sympathy and offered to refund me for the cost of the bag and instructed me to simply donate the extra bag of food to a shelter in Molly’s memory. I SO was incredibly grateful for this gesture. But there’s more! Today, to my great surprise, a beautiful bouquet of flowers arrived from Donovan & Chewy with a sympathy note. What an extraordinarily wonderful company! Highly recommend.
