I use the autoship for my dog's food and it always comes quickly in a sturdy box, with the right product and it includes a discount!

I’ve been using chewy.com for a while to order things for my cats. Always prompt delivery, good prices, helpful people on the phone. But yesterday, they really exceeded my expectations beyond anything I could’ve imagined. They found out from my vet that I lost one of my cats last week because a prescription was canceled and they actually sent me potted baby roses and a sympathy card. That was one of the nicest gestures any business has ever gone out of their way to do. In these times, I often have found businesses are rude and unhelpful and unprofessional, so I really want to applaud Chewy.com for being not only great with their service but also very caring about their customers. Thank you again Chewy. I can’t express my appreciation for your thoughtfulness enough.

I love Chewy's customer service! You get a real person on the line in a reasonable amount of time, and (s)he's willing to do what's necessary to remedy the problem. Our orders arrive swiftly, their products are good, and their prices are reasonable. For most of our pet supply puchases, we much prefer to buy from Chewy, rather than Amazon.

My go to site for my dog food. Great variety of dog food, supplements, and even Rx medicine. I have 3 dogs (thankfully with the same palates and tastes), love the autoship. All I have to do is casually keep an eye on their food and see how long until the next delivery. With the App, I can easily adjust the delivery day if necessary. Great service and prices.

I love Chewy. The associates are helpful and friendly. I always receive my orders early. Just a wonderful company.

Do I recommend Chewy.com. Absolutely. They are reliable, trustworthy and they care. BTW, they're not just for dogs, but cats, birds, etc. Their auto ship is extremely convenient. They have tons of selection. So much better than any of the pet stores. Last week my dog passed away. We had just gotten a shipment from Chewy a couple of days prior. I didn't even have a chance to open the box. I wondered if I could send it back and get a refund. I sent an email to Chewy. Their answer was quick, telling me that they will refund my money and to donate the shipment to someone that needs it. This brought tears to my eyes. I was so grateful. To top it off, I found a vase of flowers on my porch this morning. They were from Chewy with a lovely note. Again, I highly recommend them.

My dog started having digestive problems in November. My vet switched her food to Iams dry and wet food. I had a hard time finding the wet food in my area. I tried chewy.com. I did the auto ship so I received the 30% off my order. My dog is still having digestive issues and the hard food is becoming a problem for her. I called chewy.com to switch my auto ship order to all wet food. I explained to the guy why I had to and offered to pay the money I sAved for doing the autoship on the dry food. Not only did he tell me that wouldn’t be necessary, he refunded me for an open bag of food since I was unable to use it. I was shocked. What great customer service they have. I am greatly appreciated for the kind gesture. I will always recommend them to any pet owner I know. They truly care for their customers.

I had purchased heartworm medication from Chewy in December 2020 and then a few weeks later in January 2021 I had to unfortunately put my dog down due to him quickly deteriorating from a few health issues. I reached out to Chewy to ask if I could return the medication and get my money back for them since they were never opened. They not only quickly responded back to me, they refunded me my money without having to send the medication back and then surprised me with a bouquet of flowers and heartfelt note. Now that's great customer service! Thank you Felicia at Chewy!
