I recently received an autoshipment from Chewy with food and treats. My dog was recently diagnosed with a condition that requires her to be on prescription food and medications. I called Chewy, got a very friendly, live person quickly who refunded my money and told me to donate the food or give it to a friend! I'm so impressed with this kind of customer sevice!!! I wish I could still order food from them, but I will continue to order all my other doggie needs for my big girl from them! My local shelter was happy to get the food! Thank you, Chewy!!

We adopted a small dog from the shelter that had many health issues. I always counted on Chewy for his prescription dog food and treats, bath supplies and great dog toys. Never had any issues in our years with Chewy. Always got my orders promptly and extremely satisfied. Our precious Sparky passed on two weeks ago. I contacted Chewy as I was getting reminders etc. To my surprise I receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Isabel at Chewy.com. I was overcome with emotions. Thank you Isabel from Chewy.com for caring about Sparky. I can not say enough about how helpful Chewy had been. Thank you so much.

Just got off the phone with the customer service department, and they are correcting a shipping mistake at their cost. Amazing! This is a superior company. I ALWAYS have the very best experience with Chewy, and their customer service department is consistently friendly, helpful and just plain wonderful! Thanks Chewy!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I recently had an issue with a prescription dog food thru my vet and Samantha @ Chewy.com who helped me was really great!!! Honestly I always have a great experience and recommend highly!!! They are always pleasant and show that they care. I also had an item that i needed to return. When I sent them an email regarding this they refunded asap and advised I could donate the item i was not able to use. Fabulous and easy!!

Nadia provides me with exemplary customer service. She was effective, compassionate, and a joy to speak with. It’s rare to have an enjoyable customer service experience. She was able to help me find the product I actually needed, while facilitating a refund on the initial product I purchased. I highly recommend Chewy.com and their products!

Here’s how Chewy took care of a mistake I made. I got a shipment of dog food that I really didn’t need. My error on the automatic shipment. They gave me two options. Return the shipment at their cost for full credit or bring it to a humane society for them to use. I chose the latter because it seemed to make the most sense. Way to go CHEWY.

I wouldn't use anyone but Cewy.com These people care for your situation and they are really their to help. It is awesome to know that tere are companies that still operate like this. Big shout out to their employee Matt.

our family companion passed on, we wanted to return an order and informed the company of the sad event. We received wonderful care and even compassion including a vase of flowers. We want to tell everyone about this company that not only provides value but truely cares.
