I have been with Chewy for many years now, LOVE them. If there is any issue they resolve it quickly and make you better than you were before. Recently, my family and myself got COVID and were too sick to take the cat in to renew a prescription for special food, they called my vet for me four days in a row to keep me from having to worry about it and updated me daily. This is above and beyond, brought tears to my eyes. Then, I received a get well card and gift in the mail, what company does that? Chewy does, and they are fantastic. 💜💜💜

I have never written a review before, but I felt the need to do so for Chewy. Not only is Chewy incredibly prompt and responsive, but they really care about their customers. I can't say enough positive things about them!!

They are so great! When I had an issue they picked up the phone right away, no long operator calls pressing buttons. They sent a replacement toy when mine broke, and when my cats didn’t like one they said I could give it to a friend or donate it, and refunded my money completely. I would definetly recommend buying from them

Well what can I say there is no one out there that can beat chewy's delivery service. I ordered on jan 22 and got it on jan 23 you just can't beat that not even Amazon. THANK YOU CHEWY.

Shelby Jean American Bull dog who was a part of Josh and Lauren Snell's family for 13+ years passed away. She was my first Granddog. We loved her. Thank you Chewy for the beautiful flowers you sent. Very thoughtful and kind.

I had recently purchased food for our lab Harley. Sadly he passed away. I contacted Chewy.com to return the items not only did they refund my purchase they asked that I donate the food to a shelter. They also sent a flower arrangement. I highly recommend Chewy.com.

Chewy is wonderful. I called to return unopened food after my dog passed away. The refunded me the money and asked me to donate the food to a shelter. No questions and did not want the food back. Then they sent me a large flower arrangement with their sympathies.

I love Chewy!! I've been a new customer since Dec and sheessh, they've amazed me! I put in an order and a few hours later it's already being shipped! My last purchase I got my order the next day! I've ordered dog treats, beds, toys and they all were great quality. My puppy is super spoiled and he loves it!! Will be ordering again going forward! Highly recommend!
