I don’t often write reviews but this is amazing!!! Not only is this company kind, understanding and cooperative, but they went above & beyond!!! I called to cancel my auto ship of my cat’s food because I had to put her down. Not only did they credit me for my recent bag of food, they sent me a bouquet of FLOWERS!!! Beautiful arrangement with a lovely sympathy card from “Angel at Chewy.com’! I was so very touched!!! AND they told me not to return the food, go donate it to a shelter!! So if you are NOT using Chewy.com, you are an idiot!!! Margo

The chewy staff is awesome. I get birthday cards for my pets when they birthday comes along. I also get great customer service. If i accidently buy the wrong food for the cat or dogs or the pets don't like it. Chewy refunds back my money with no questions asked; so i can donate it to my local shelter the pet food. The Timeline of the orders in the week come in one day sometimes two depending on your items you order and if they can get it out to the fedex truck right away. I had never gotten anything late. I never had a problem when it came to my orders even if it was not the order my pets wanted. These people treat you like family. I get emails from them asking me Hey how was your experience what can we do to make it better. I say i am pleased. Since i am a regular customer to chewy i get personalized experiences for my dogs, cat and my fishies. I will say one thing it is cheaper then going to the regular pet store in person. This way if you spend at least 50 dollars you get free shipping who will do that for you. And the state sales tax is not that bad. Each states sales tax is different . But because i am from PA. i never had to pay a dent in sales tax. These people do care. I found that when i get my orders they are clean and well packed in the boxes. Like i said their customer service is awesome. They will try to give you the family perk of feeling when they talk to you like how you want to be treated. I feel like they are my friends more then anything. Their medications are very cheap and affordable. Their food and supplies are affordable. They ship with in a day or two so that is convenient and auto fill is awesome you get discounts on that the real price is above the autoship price and you can see the savings if you like the product and you need it over and over get autoship it will save you some green. Me personally i like to try everything to see what the dogs and cat really does like and if i feel it is worth the savings i will autoship. Chewy is awesome. I recommend this to anyone with animals they really do love and oh i forgot to add they give you online coupons and also they mail you coupons as well. Even on the pets birthday and your profile is on your account of your pets they get a free toy. So i would recommend this to anyone really they are very cool and awesome people. I really do appreciate chewy. they are the best people all the staff thanks.

Extremely fast shipping and extremely quick and understanding every time I have ever reached out. I had been ordering prescription cat food with chewy for years. Recently my cat was diagnosed with diabetes. I reached out to chewy to see if I could get a refund on an auto ship bag of food that I had opened literally 2 days before his new diagnosis (in which he will of course need a new prescription diet). They emailed me back within 20 minutes offering an immediate refund and suggested I try to donate the essentially-full bag of food to a local shelter. Lovely and caring idea. Over the holidays I also reached out after forgetting to add an item to my order. There was no wait time to speak with a representative, even during the holidays, and she immediately added the item with no issues and was extremely friendly. On top of that, a good friend of mine received a hand-painted portrait of his kitty with his auto ship order after updating his cats profile picture. I can’t say enough good things about chewy. Highly recommend.

This is simply a GREAT company. I had just received a shipment of expensive kibble when our dog took a turn for the worst. The vet was talking to us about having to put her down, and I contacted Chewy to return the new bag of food. They said they were sorry to hear about my dog, told me they would credit me for the food, and that I should just keep it and try to donate it somewhere where it could be used. Amazingly, two weeks later our dog’s health returned and she began eating again! I wound up having to break into that free bag of food. Not feeling good or honest about doing that, I contacted Chewy and told them they should re-bill me for the food. They said they were happy to hear about my dog’s health, and not to worry about the food – I should just use it and they won’t bill me for it. And then they asked for some pictures of my dog. Simply amazing service!

The absolute BEST customer service team I've ever worked with!! You talk to a real person & shipping is free & fast & prices are same or better than ANY store and way better on Rx needs. My Vet even recommended. I was on auto ship, my dear Lab Andy died on 1/11/21. I called to cancel everything. I am a widow w no children and am grieving badly. Yet today, I received a doz.gorgeous long stem rose's and a lovely sympathy card from Chewy!! THANK YOU!! MADE ME FEEL SO MUCH BETTER & restored my faith that there is still sincerity out there in this brash, coldhearted world.

I can not say enough good things about Chewy’s. I have been impressed by their fast shipping, ample amount of products, and customer service. We recently lost our fur baby unexpectedly and received an auto-ship a few days before. We contacted Chewy’s about returning one bag of unopened dog food we received. To my surprise they refunded us for both bags we received on that shipment and asked we donate it to a local shelter. To top it off, the following day we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a heart felt message from the Chewy’s team! I am beyond impressed with Chewy’s kindness during such a difficult time for our family. We will forever be Chewy’s loyal customers. Their kindness and compassion is one of kind.

Chewy has been an awesome store since I started using it a year ago I had to cancel my online order because my pet passed away and they were so kind and sent me flowers what company would do that that is just so kind and in a tremendous show of their care for people in their pets
