Best place to get your pet supplies. These guys really care about you and your animal friend. I don't go anywhere else for my supplies. They go the extra mile to make sure you're good with anything you get from Chewy.

Thank you for everything. I had ordered some items I decided against and they credited my card and told me to donate them. I will be doing just that.

I want write this review for Chewy because 5 stars isn’t a high enough rating. I have been using Chewy for my prescription needs for my pets for over 2 years and they have always provided exceptional service, whether I needed advice or needed to change an auto ship date. Well, I lost my oldest chihuahua just this past Sunday and my husband called in to cancel her auto ships for her meds and the representative was very sympathetic and canceled all future shipments for her. Well, to my surprise today, I opened my door and there was a beautiful arrangement of flowers that Gail had sent with a beautiful note expressing sympathy for my sweet chihuahua’s passing. That shows me how much they really abs truly care about their animals abs their customers!! I will continue to order all my pet supplies from them!!

I had a small issue with an order. Big THANK YOU to Jonathan E. for taking care of it and telling me about what to do if I have ideas for something that Chewy might find interesting.Jonathan was very polite and helpful! Great job, appreciate his assistance!

This is the best company to order from. I am a regular customer. I recently ordered a darling collar for my FiFi (dog). I had her name inscribed, and my phone number. I didn’t inscribe correctly. I also should have ordered a size small. They still gave me credit, and she reordered with correct info, and size. This is not the first time they have done this for me. Fabulous company, and their employees are fantastic.

If you've ever had a pet who needed monthly prescriptions I highly recommend Chewy.com. It's easy to set-up your prescription account with a little help from your vet and you're good to go! Oh... and did I mention the cost, For us our prescription cost was cut in half!

The customer service at Chewy.com is so compassionate. I reached Patricia A. online today to inform that we purchased 3 different harnesses for our sick dog because we did not know which one would work the best for us and for her. She unfortunately passed away and Patricia not only quickly credited back the returned amount to my account but told me that I did not have to return the items at all and can simply just donate them to our local dog shelter. She even offered her condolences and if we simply just needed someone to talk to re: our grief, she would be available to do so. Because of this, we have and will continue to do business with Chewy for any of our pet needs.

I ordered 4 days ago. Received package in perfect shape. The Eyelash bed is fat, fluffy, delightfully soft and my little dachshund LOVES this bed. Miss Greta can age more comfortably now and with Chewy, there was ABSOLUTELY NO DISAPPOINTMENT. Thank you so much for such a nice product & reasonable price. We are so tickled!!
