It was my first time calling in to Chewy’s customers service. I was greeted by Malaysia. She was positive, happy and patient with my needs. Truly made my experience a great one. Employees like her make all the difference in my shopping experience. I had $150 in my cart when I reached out to her. By the time I was done talking with her, I had $237 in my cart. I don’t regret buying the items she recommended cause I would end up needing them at some point. Most of my shipment has arrived but a few are still on their way. Hope they get here in time😬

I usually don't leave reviews for websites. But I appreciate chewy so much. They got my dog food to me in less than 24 hours. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I also didn't have to pay for shipping! Amazon has some true competition.

I have a 17 year old cat who was raised on Fancy Feast cat food and will eat no other brand of food. With the virus from China, the riots and violence and lack of people working it has become nearly impossible to find the food anywhere including Walmart. Chewy not only processed my orders in an amazingly rapid fashion...their free 2 to 3 day shipping with FedEx is equally as amazing and the overall cost of the product was just a few cents higher than Walmart! Thank you Chewy!
