I have been a Chewy customer for several decades. Their customer service has always been outstanding. Recently my beloved dog Scout Liberty crossed Rainbow Bridge. It was an unexpected sudden loss. Chewy sent a kind and compassionate message and beautiful vase of flower. Without my asking they just credited my account for two bottles of insulin. They can serve as an example for all other companies that wish to improve their customer experience and loyal customer base.

Chewy is my all time favorite pet supplier, I've been getting about 90% of my pet's needs since around 2012 I think it was and I've only had the pleasure of needing customer service's service a few times, and everytime has been a pleasant experience,I think other companies should follow their example, I was switching my pet's food wanted to try another food that was a little cheaper, that did not work out to well for us so after 2 months of trying the new brand of kibble, we decided to switch back for several reasons, and they refunded them purchases, and chewy again took care of my complaint very quick and efficient you guys are great and I just want to say Thank You

I've literally never had such awesome customer service in my life. I worked customer service for several years and a lot of people don't go above and beyond to help people. The only problem I have is it with chewy it's with FedEx because the last two times I ordered something that's FedEx that messed it up not chewy. The last time it was medicine that my dog needs to coat her kidneys because she has kidney issues. And it took forever today I even had FedEx hang up on me I had them say it's going to be here tomorrow and it wasn't Not only do you reach somebody immediately they felt so bad they gave me my money back sent me out of free bottle sent me out a toy for my dog for free for Christmas and now I just got something else and it's a mug and a card. I've never seen better customer service in my life They go above and beyond for their customers and it shows!!!

Been buying from Chewy for years and they are the far and away leader of pet products online!

I have been a customer of Chewy for some time now and I want to praise the customer service folks. I wish my pharmacist was as help and empathetic as my Chewy pharmacist. Absolutely a pleasure to speak to. Kind, helpful, and friendly. I hang up with warm feeling that someone cares as much about my pets as I do and that is extremely appreciated! Great job.

Have purchased urinary cat food plus additional things from chewy for many years. I stopped the AutoShip on urinary cat food because my cat passed away. Today, a florist delivered a vase with three yellow roses and a sympathy card from chewy.com on the loss of my pet. We were totally surprised and touched. A great company thank you.

Dog food always gets here on time!

Today I received the nicest card and painted stone from chewy in remembrance of my kitten that passed away. Me and my daughter were really touched and appreciative. Thank you Chewy!
