Price was competitive but not the best available. My disappointment came in the shipping. The dry food was in a box barely taped and half hanging out. The canned food was dented on every side and two cans weren't even usable. I mail order food all the time and I've never had this problem. They need to invest in some bubble wrap and secure the product a little better.

I ordered for the first time from Mr. Chewy last week and was pleased when I received by order quickly. However, the box was battered and open but my order was complete. I ordered two cases of canned dog food and the box it was shipped in was evidently not sturdy enough to hold the weight.

The shipment came very quickly and I will be ordering from you again, however the cans of dog food were pretty dented. (None were unusable-but pretty close.) You might want to think about putting another layer of protection between the cans and the box. Other then that, I was very pleased.

From start to finish, the order process went well. Delivery was quick as well. I did not like the idea that, to get the additional discount, I needed to contract for automatic delivery of the product. In the end, I found the product cheaper at another site and will order from there in the future.

I switched from Petflow.com where I had been a loyal customer for over 1 year. Mr. Chewy offered lower prices along with the 15% off as a first time customer. The prices seem to be consistent from month to month but I hesitate to give them 5 stars because of my limited experience with them. Their website is easy to navigate and search which is a big plus.

Nothing beats shopping online! MrChewy has reasonable prices and fast delivery. Saves time, gas for traveling to the stores and the best part it is delivered right to your front door. One small issue was the case of dog food cans were mostly dented (not liking that.)

Easier than picking it up yourself!

No complaints. Will buy from them again.
