This was the first time I ordered from Mr. Chewy, I was excited, loved the prices, loved the online chat and the ease of ordering... then it happened, I drove up and there was only 1 box, I thought right away that I'm missing something. Sure enough, 1 case of wellness for senior canned dog food did not get shipped. I had only bought enough food for the week and planned on having my order when I got home. I called customer service, very pleasant person answered the phone and confirmed that warehouse had made a mistake. I had to go to my local Petsmart store and buy more after all. It was an inconvenience to say the least. I thought maybe I should just buy from my local store? I hope this is helpful! Leanne Scanlon

It was simple and fast delivery. Fed X put it right where I wanted upon delivery and he may be a potential future customer for me. I am a retired Master Groomer. I also promote diet and grooming products to help my smaller based clientele. I was surprised that Mr Chewy called me back after I placed the order to verify such a large order, as stated by your representative. He was not real personable and felt for my first time and Oh My Goodness, How I could promote your company, I could have received a coupon or two for future use. Definitely you have the wrong person on follow up on customer service.

The box arrived today. In it was a small bag of dog food and a box of Honest Kitchen dog food. The small bag was ripped open in the middle...no longer usable. Hope it keeps as I wasn't ready to open it.

I had an interesting experience. It was my first order.The dog food came in 2 days as advertised and free shipping on it too. But a few days later the food was recalled. I had already thrown away the bag and the receipt so, when the number I was given to call was less then helpful, I wrote and e-mail and let them know what happened I was told I would be refunded the full amount. I was pleased and will give them another chance. I hope you will too.

Extremely fast delivery, but would of liked more Choices in the size of dog food for natural balance. Also would of liked if they sold the small bites version of natural balance.

It was very easy to find what I was looking for and to place the order online. My order was delivered within a couple days which is fantastic. The only complaint I have is that it looked like both cases of cans that were placed in my order had taken a bad fall. Half of the cans had huge dents in the sides. So far the good seems okay but some make me nervous because of how deformed the can is. Hopefully next time my product isn't damage,then I could give them 5 stars.

Your shipping staff packed the dog biscuits in the shipping container UNDER the canned dog food. Needless to say the biscuits suffered from this placement.

The speed of delivery and initial price was fantastic. The discount on setting up a constant schedule was good until I realized the discount was for only the first shipment. I am not sure if I will keep with my delivery schedule or find a new provider.
