The good reviews are bots and shills. I ordered a catio and a wheel. A week later and after Chewy and the manufacturer (on the side in a creepy way) reached out to tell me they didn't have it. I told chewy fine just refund it. Then chewy reached back out and said oh no both items shipped despite the weight being impossible if it really contained a catio. I then reported that this was missing and the person was like "I see a supervisor was supposed to follow up, did he give you a date?" I don't care! I am reporting the missing item right now even though I have known it was never coming since I am not stupid and understand shipping weight. Still fighting for the money they stole. You're safer on Amazon and it's the same drop shipped crap.

My positive experience with Chewy ended upon initiating the Chewy Plus trial. Despite timely cancellation, an unauthorized charge resulted in a negative account balance. While Chewy has issued a refund, the 3-6 day processing period is unacceptable given the initial billing error. They committed to covering insufficient funds charges, however, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience caused.

I’ve been a chewy customer for years and each month my auto shipment takes a little longer to get to me. I was supposed to receive an order today and it’s half way across the country. Part of that is on Fed Ex, I am sure, but Chewy offers no apology for it over the phone, that’s for sure. Their customer service used to be top notch, now it’s dismissive at best. Chewy has definitely lost their touch and an over 400 dollar a month customer, which they don’t apologize for, either.

Chewy has been going downhill for about 15 months now. They used to deliver your order in a day or two now. It take 4 to 8 days and they make excuses. The reps tell you your order will be delivered and then when your order is not delivered they make more excuses about your order. It is much easier now to go to PetSmart and place your order there.

They ask you to mail the prescription via USPS priority mail. So, it took a week to get there. Why you cannot just send it electronically? Lost time. They received it and never confirm this, as they said they would. Several calls and days later, they say it is being shipped but, they have to confirm with the vet. Again, why the lost time and money in mail? No urgency despite this being a prescription. Terribly disappointed. Get lip service and no results. I regret using them

I attempted to submit an order for a few items totaling $60.30 several times yesterday. After making my selections, and entering payment information, I got Oops! Something went wrong each time after verifying all information. Help line was just as worthless. Today, I made one last attempted with a different payment method with same Oops! msg. So I ordered the exact same items from Amazon for $10 cheaper! Plus next day FREE delivery!

I have been ordering from chewy for years buying mostly expensive dog food. Usually 3 - 30 pound bags of wellness a month. Over the past 3 years I've lost 5 labs to cancer. My last lab was not doing well and was running short on food so ordered another 30 pound bag but lost my pup . I tried to actually contact chewy to see about returning the last bag (unopened) and got nothing but the run around -I don't need this! A 30 pound bag delivered every 10 days for years ($2500-$3000 a year for food and prescriptions and supplies and this is how they treat people) I will know better to do business with chewy in the future.
