Chewy and Grant are the best! I called customer service today, and spoke with Grant in Dallas. He made the return of my items so easy I was amazed. The items were of good quality, they just weren't right for my picky dachshund. Chewy delivered them more quickly than I expected, and made the refund process much easier than I expected. Thank you, Grant and Chewy, for making my day with your superior customer service!

I ordered 2 dog food storage containers and when they came one was broken. I emailed them and the same day I emailed them they had another one on the way. I must saw that is the best customer service I have ever received from any company. Thank you so much chewy. They even let me keep the broken container.

I love Chewy. They actually have real people to communicate with if needed, are very fast and so convenient. I especially appreciate their service during this pandemic, when I can't get out to shop for my animals. I've ordered from them many times and have never had an issue.

So the return policy is you keep it, but please donate. I ordered a rather pricey cat-scratcher that was damaged on one end and sent in a picture. They shipped out a new one. I've had a big order of food my cat with tetchy digestion had an issue with, they refunded the money. I ended up donating the food to VCA. Their stuff is competitively priced and often cheaper than amazon or Petco. It comes quickly. I do make use of the autoship, but I change it up every month.

Chewy is amazing. We have been using them for years, the auto ship is easy if you want to change your delivery. Our auto ship came the day we had to put our Brittany to sleep. I emailed them to ask if I could refuse the shipment bc we didn’t need it and they wrote the sweetest email and refunded our money. 2 days later we get a dozen roses with the most compassionate note of sympathy. We are telling everyone we know to use chewy. Great customer service especially this day and age!

We recently stopped our AutoShip of dog food because our Brittany passed away. Customer Service promptly canceled those orders as expected. What was unexpected were the dozen long stem roses they sent with a note of consolation. It’s a rare company that would be so kind and generous.
