I have had exceptional service with Chewy. Our dog was on expensive medicated food that she would not eat and they refunded me and encouraged me to donate it if possible. When she passed away, they not only provided a refund for the food that I had just purchased for her, but they sent two very sweet emails, and FLOWERS with a sympathy card were delivered to my house! Unmatched customer service, caring associates, and wonderful products & prices. I'll be a customer for life!

Chewy has always been great about getting my items out to me. This week my pet passed away. Not only did they refund my latest specialty food purchase of approximately $100, they advised that I donate the food (which I did). To top it off they sent flowers with a personalized note. I was really touched and impressed.

A long overdue review: Our family loves Chewy - they have everything that we need and they stand by their products. When our last pooch passed away, we sent an email to cancel our autoship and to ask if we could return an unopened bag of dog food. They told us to give the bag to our local shelter, which was certainly kind. But when we got a condolence card in the mail, it cemented our belief that Chewy is pretty much the nicest large-scale online retailer that we've ever dealt with.

Chewy has excellent customer service. Their representatives are always so friendly and helpful. The autoship program makes shopping for pets so easy. Most of their prices are similar or less than competitors. I also love the holiday cards. I only wish they sold the food I use for one of my dogs - Gold Large Breed Adult Formula Dry Dog Food FROMM.

I had to contact customer service to cancel my autoship because my beloved Pomeranian Batman had crossed the rainbow bridge. I got very emotional explaining my situation. Amanda, the CSR was very sympathetic and refunded the box that I had just received. Then today I received a beautiful floral arrangement with a heartfelt card from Amanda. I was shocked and very touched that Amanda and Chewy went above and beyond at a time when I needed it the most. Thank you Amanda & Chewy. I will never forget your kindness! RIP Batman 1/11/2021

I have used Chewy for years for many dog items (including food, toys, medications, etc.) and the customer service has always been top notch. I had an incident where my dog had her food changed by her vet and I had recently ordered a new bag of her old food. I contacted Chewy about returning the bag and they refunded me and told me to donate the food to a person who really needs it (which I did). I recently contacted Chewy about my beloved dog, Roxie, passing away and needing to make her account and prescriptions inactive. The customer service representative was so incredibly friendly and expressed his sadness due to my dog's passing. He took the time to help me with anything I needed and I made the process much easier for me. The next day, a bouquet for beautiful flowers was delivered to my home from Chewy with a very heartfelt note expressing their sympathy. This was the truly the kindest gesture I have ever experienced from a company. They have made me want to stop shopping at big box pet stores and only shop through them. I can't imagine using any other company for another pet. I always recommend this company to everyone I know!

I absolutely LOVE Chewy and their timely customer service! I had ordered a package that got delayed due to weather, and they refunded me a piece of what I ordered, and said if it didn't come in the next day, that they would refund 100%. My package was delivered on time the next day, and I still recieved a piece of the refund due to troubles. I have used Chewy for a few years now, and will ALWAYS recommend them💜

I can’t say enough about this company!! They have been so accommodating and amazing to work with. Outstanding customer service! What really topped it off for me was the fact that we had to put my fur baby down and they went above and beyond to send me such compassion during this difficult time of my grieving. They have sent heart felt emails, to giving me a refund of my dogs last food order that was barely used, to sending me a beautiful floral arrangement. I’m truly blown away and can’t thank them enough! I will recommend them to everyone I know that has a pet and eventually I will use them again when I’m ready to give another fur baby a good life!
