Amazing Company! Fast, reliable delivery. Automatic refills of meds and feed, wide array of toys and other pet-related items. And they sent roses when we had to say good bye to our 14-year-old lab. Best customer service I've encountered in an online-only company. I love Chewy and will preferentially get my dog stuff there.

Been using Chewy foe a couple of years. Always excellent service. Even through the pandemic my deliveries have been on or close to scheduled delivery dates. No complaints!

I have never had any issues using Chewy for over 3 years. Neither have other members of my family. I bought a dog crate and it turned out I needed a different size, so I asked how to return it and they said they would refund me my money and that I could give it away or drop it off at a local shelter. They also send birthday cards to my dog and have a very personalized experience. They are an incredibly generous and thoughtful company!!

We use Chewy for our dogs canned food and treats. We are very picky about what they eat and Chewy comes through for us every time. Shipping is easy and only once did we have an issue (not their fault - shipper issue) and they corrected it with one short phone call. As to the people who are slamming them for choosing not to see a product please stop. You may be taking away the option for many people to get pet food and medicines delivered to their door.

Continue to focus on your company and what is right and ignore the people leaving bad reviews about cancel culture. I knew a bad winter storm was headed for Texas . I ordered a Tonga, Artic Coat for our Little Dog. The coat was delivered in 1 day. The weather here has been the coldest weather we have ever had in Midland, TX. I depend on Chewy.com, I found out about Chewy.com from a Veternarian, who used them. I purchased 2 suiticle suit for my Bengal kittens in preparation for their spay and neuter. Unfortunately these did not work well for my crazy kittens. I left a review on the product and chewy.com reached out letting me know I could return the product I was unhappy with. I informed them I tossed them in the trash due to the fact the kittens ripped them. Chew.com went above and beyond not only did they issue me a refund they actually took time to read my reviews and reach out to me to make it right, even though it was my fault. They also took the time to ask about my furr babies. This is how you gain a life long customer.
