I love Chewy!! Their auto-ship feature is so convenient and I never have to worry about running out of dog food. In the rare instance that we are getting low and are still days from our auto-ship, I can have it shipped early with just once click. And shipping? So fast!! Order to delivery is usually only a day.

I recently ordered prescription meds for my cat. Having never done that, I called and a Chewy rep walked me through they process, was super kind and caring in asking about my pet's health, and then gave me free shipping on top of Chewy's already low price. This company is great and really cares about its customers. I will always shop here!

I’ve been a Chewy Customer for several years now and love their auto-ship program. With 4 cats, they help me stay stocked up with liter and food when I need it.

I have been using Chewy for years and I am so grateful they exist. Their customer service is bar none, and they carry a wide variety of products that all of my cats benefit from. Shipping is super quick and their prices are better than the pet store.

I always use Chewy for my pet supplies. If a purchase doesn’t work out, for example size, they tell you to donate the item and still give your account credit. Their customer service is incredible. Shipping is very fast. We even get a Christmas card from them.

Makes the responsibilities of a dog owner so much easier. They go above and beyond by reaching out to my vet to confirm prescriptions, and even sending EOY "thank you for being a customer" presents... this past year was a HAND PAINTED portrait of my dog! Things like that keep me as a cusotmer

This company is the best. Two days after receiving my last order I had to put my almost 15 y/o dog down. I had not opened the box the items came in so I called Chewy and asked if I could return the shipment at my expense for a refund. The representative I spoke with was so nice and compassionate. She offered her condolences, processed a full refund and asked if I could donate the items, which I did to the Shelter where I took her. This company is awesome and I will continue to promote them to anyone that asks.

Chewy delivers so quickly and has better communication than any other company I order from. Thank you!
