Chewy is one of the BEST companies I’ve ever given business to. They are kind, thoughtful, and always on time even in the midst of a pandemic. I’m incredibly grateful that I never had to worry about my babies going without food or litter over the past year. Chewy is the BEST. I've been ordering food for my dogs since the pandemic started and they are FAST and autoship works great, I don't have to remember to order and I can make changes at any time. When my senior pup was diagnosed with kidney failure they worked with my vet to get us the right food and when she passed away they were kind enough to send flowers and refund my last order. Chewy has been one of the bright spots in pandemic times and they are truly committed to taking care of their customers.
