Chewy is an EXCELLENT service with easy to use website and great selection of products. They communicate upcoming automatic orders with reminders and ability to change or update them. I've even had friends receive gift pictures of their dogs from their profiles. I LOVE CHEWY!

Best customer service. Quick and reliable shipping on cat/dog food. I live in a rural area and have been purchasing pet food and supplies from Chewy for several years. I ordered some Sheba wet cat food from Chewy. When I received my auto order, I found one of the packets leaking. I sent an email to chewy and they apologized and sent a replacement out and I received it the next day. Great customer service. Their auto order is a great program too. I give them AAAA+++++++
