I started using Chewy because my husband would inform me the day of when we needed to replenish food and supplies for our pets. That meant I had to make a special trip that day, which isn't easy as I work from home and I have kids. The Chewy delivery and subscription service is amazing and takes the stress of these situations away. My friend suggested I make the switch when I was on my way for one of those emergency trips in the fall and I was called home twice for computer related issues with my kids. Why don't you use use chewy she asked?!?! I didn't have a good answer as the service is great, the prices are better than what I was paying locally and it shows up when I need it.

From the silly days of kittens and puppies to older cats and dogs, from heartbreaking sickness and even through the passing of our beloved pets, Chewy has remained our go-to source for all things animal. Every single phone call and email to customer service has been professionally, cheerfully, knowledgably, and efficiently addressed. Whether there was a question about an item or a mistake on Chewy's or my part the company and every single person I interacted with set the example of what human interaction should be. Bravo Chewy.

We love Chewy. I first used it when we were getting a puppy in the midst of the pandemic. Chain pet stores with curbside pick-up showed items with "great" prices, but they were out of stock/not available in store. Chewy had the items we needed, and delivery was often the next day. We now use it for everything for our pup - autodeliveries for food and treats,plus miscellaneous orders for anything else. The prices are right, the delivery is on time, and the service is great!

I have been a customer for years and just lost my 8 year old Doberman to cancer. I called Chewy to see if I could return a few sweaters and food that I had just purchased for Apollo. I was very upset, since he had just passed away and the wonderful customer service gentleman (I think his name was Gerald?) spoke to me in such a caring and compassionate manner and advised me that my items would be refunded. He asked that I donate the refunded items, which I was happy to do. Today, (6 days after Apollo's passing), I received flowers from Chewy! I cannot believe how wonderful this company is. I will not shop for my animals' food anywhere else. Chewy has a customer for life.

We love Chewy and have used them for years for all of our pet supplies. They’re reliable and offer excellent customer service. While a recent order was in transit our cat was diagnosed with a digestive issue and we had to change his diet. They sent us the new food and told us to donate the product that had already been shipped. Top-notch, quality company with integrity. We’re loyal customers.

I LOVE CHEWY! This company is the best ever. When my sweet dog, Carrie, passed over the rainbow bridge, I called to cancel the two monthly deliveries I had for her. The customer service guy was SO nice, talking for awhile and expressing his sympathy. Two days later I received a beautiful box of one dozen multi-colored roses at my door with a very sweet note signed by several employees. I am just a regular customer, I don’t order a lot. How many companies are that caring?
