They are priced competitively with the local Petsmart and offered free shipping. The product was at my door step within two days of ordering.

The order arrived on time, and cats and Mom were pleased not to have to lug them from the store -- the box of Friskees arrived with most of the cans dented as tho box had been dropped from a helicopter to the ground -- and one box of litter had been damaged causing litter to spill into box, but the rest was fine. I have autoship on these so will see how that goes. I will be revising order.

This is the first time I have used Chewy.com. I placed my order and received it within 2 days. Additionally, the dog food was cheaper through Chewy.com than driving to a brick and mortor store. Since my dog has cancer and is on a high protien diet, his food is not in every store. I usually have to drive at least an hour to purchase his food. Chewy.com made this so easy.

I made my first order with MrChewy this past week and during the order process incurred a problem with one of their promotions. After a phone call and brief e-mail, Mr. Chewy's customer service department quickly resolved the problem. No excuses, no you didn't earn the discount, just a sorry for the confusion and a refund, What a refreshing approach to internet business. On top of this, their product was priced very competitively, delivered on time and easy to reorder. I will be doing business again with MrChewey.

I was very impressed at how fast my order shipped and how fast I recieved it.

I was very happy to find Mr. Chewy. The prices were good, plus no shipping costs for food (or sales tax in my state)! The previous supplier I have been using for four years charges shipping and now charges sales tax, which saves me no money at all. My only complaint was that it says all over the website that there is 1-2 day shipping, which was what I expected, and it took almost a week:( It was disappointing because I had a very food allergic dog with diarrhea, and needed this special food quickly. However, it didn't take longer than my previous supplier, so in the future I won't expect 1-2 day shipping and will be satisfied with the time frame from Mr. Chewy.
