I absolutely LOVE Chewy!! I am disabled and can't haul boxes of cat litter and bags of food from my car, into my apartment. No lugging it from store shelves, to car, to home. The prices are awesome and reoccurring shipments, not only save me money, but they keep me from running out. They use FedEx, which will deliver 7 days a week! I'm a Chewy customer for life and my kitties are so happy for it!!! Thank you, Chewy!!! Oh!!! And I want to add this... to anyone coming to review this company for making a choice to not carry a product, due to the loud mouth My Pillow guy, spreading lies? You are nothing but a bunch of hypocrites. By bringing down the ratings of a company over their choice to not carry a product, you TOO are engaging in "cancel culture", or what we have been calling old fashioned BOYCOTTS for decades.

Chewy is a great company with great customer service. My dog is on a prescription diet and Chewy makes it so easy by taking care of the communication with my vet to verify her requirements. We received one shipment of a case of 24 cans of wet food, and one of the cans had leaked inside the case. Chewy immediately sent us a whole new case, and it arrived the next day. Most of the cans were in the original case were still usable; all we had to do was wipe them down a bit. But Chewy sent us a whole new case anyway. I also like that they have a conscience and are not willing to conduct business with unscrupulous companies.
