This is the most amazing pet store, even if it is online, you can't walk your dog through the store, and can't touch the merchandise but it really is the best. You can get items shipped by subscription or buy in singles with free shipping over a certain amount purchased. I love the subscriptions because they allow for me not to have to remember to get certain things. They tell you a few days ahead of time that your subscription is coming up so you don't get any surprises. You can also get all your dogs prescriptions sent in a subscription as well Or as a single purchase. I just spoke with a customer service person ( they are open 24 hours A-day 7 days a week every day of the year ). The women I spoke with was so personable in so helpful and really knew what she was talking about I am so impressed and so happy I found chewy for my Chihuahua, my mixed breed senior and my Great Dane. Thank you chewy for making my life easier throughout this pandemic as well as the rest of my puppies lives. I don't want to forget when you go online whether it is through the app or through the website you can customise a profile for each dog.. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Chewy is a terrific company with great customer service! I have been a customer for several years and have purchased everything from basic pet supplies to specialty food and medicines for my cat with some pretty challenging health issues. Chewy has great communication with my vet and me whenever something needs attention. Friendly, fairly priced and fast delivery. The few times I've had to call on customer service with a question, they have responded personally and so professionally. I feel like I have a partner who cares for my pet and wants to make sure he has what he needs. It feels very personal even though it's all online. I smile everytime I get a birthday card or holiday card in the mail from Chewy when those dates roll around too! Keep up the great work Chewy!

Chewy’s customer service is one of the best I’ve ever encountered. Example - our dog Copper had just got out of the hospital again. He was on a bunch of prescription meds. We ordered an over the counter med from Chewy. It arrived the day after our boy passed away. We contacted Chewy to return the product. They refunded our money and asked us to find somewhere to donate the meds. Then they sent us sympathy flowers, blew my mind. Thank you Chewy
