I've been ordering from Chewy.com for few years and I have to say that every customer service rep I've spoken with was helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Their return policy is awesome. But I have to shout out to KRYSTAL who, after hearing I lost my dog, Wookie, to IMHA sent me flowers!!!! What company does that? I just thought it was so wonderfully sweet and thoughtful and just above and beyond. I can't tell enough people about this company and how I feel they are customer friendly and just great service.

My dog recently passed away and I had to return some items I hadn't used. Juliet was so kind, understanding and took care of it with zero hassle. A few days later, I received flowers from her and the chewy.com staff expressing their deepest sympathies. I have never experienced customer service like this before! Thank you Juliet! It meant a lot!

There are multiple reasons for giving this company such a favorable rating. 1. During COVID, it has been hard to get the cat food I want through grocery or pet stores. Chewy came through multiple times over the past few months to ensure that my cat had her favorites. The prices are comparable to those I find in the stores and the delivery time is excellent. My daughter lives in another state and has found the same results--food not available locally can be bought from Chewy at a reasonable price and delivered quickly. 2. I ordered a bisque, coconut milk based, that my cat (a finicky eater in the nature of cats) didn't like and would not eat. I said that in my review of the product to let buyers know that its taste is unusual for cat food. Without my asking, they gave me a full refund to ensure my customer satisfaction even though the package had been opened, partially used, and, therefore, I would not have attempted to return it. 3. I ordered a few types of cat soups since my lady was not eating well and I could not get what I needed in my local stores. I ordered what I wanted from Chewy knowing she was ill and not getting enough nutrition. The day after I placed the order, she became much worse and, after consultation with the vet, I decided to euthanize her. I sent an email to Chewy asking if there was a way of terminating the order even though I received notice that it was on its way. Within the day, I received a reply of sympathy and verification that the shipment was stopped and my account was credited. The response this company gives its customers in these stressful times is exceptional and I am happy to recommend Chewy as a source of pet products.

They are always there to help. I can't think of anytime i have had issue and they didn't solve it. But rarely do i have issues with them. Life long Chewy customer!

Love Chewy.com! From carrying our dog's prescription dog food, to anything else we might need for our precious pet, Chewy has it! Most of the time, we get our orders the next day and their customer service is outstanding!

I ordered two huge end table dog cages from Chewy.com. My total was around $330+ but the site must've glitched and added two more cages. It might've even been an error somehow on my part, not sure. My total was over $700+. I reached out to Chewy via phonecall late at night to get support. They quickly refunded my money and said they'd have the two extra cages withheld from being delivered. Unfortunately 4 cages arrived. I contacted Chewy support again to acknowledge that 4 cages had arrived and that'd I'd like to return the extra 2. Since the cages are very hard to carry and would be difficult to return to a FedEx center, they told me I could donate the cages to a shelter - which I plan on doing. I'm absolutely blown away by their customer service. They were amazing every step of the way. Will definitely shop with Chewy again.

I get all my animal needs from chewy. They have been helpful in so many ways. My older dog is prescription special dog food, they went above and beyond to ensure I get her food. I order a crate and it was too small, they refund me the money and I was able to donate it to a local animal shelter. Items ship quickly . My most recent order is delayed due to weather conditions and I was emailed to let me know.

I love this company. They offer amazing prices with a great selection and have the best customer service. I try to buy everything pet related through them as I would rather my money go to them than any other company.
