Chewy is the greatest thing since sliced bread!! No longer dragging home 50 lb. bags of dog food from the grocery store and they undercut everybody on prices, even if it's just a few cents. I save loads on cases of wet dog food & giant bags of dry. Did I mention I have 2 giant hounds, my babies. Love Chewy beyond the moon, wish I had found it sooner!!!!!!

I can't think of a time where I've ever been so surprised by the unsolicited thoughtfulness of a company. I'd been on an autoship program with Chewy and I'd forgotten to cancel it after my dear cat, Sammie, passed away last month, so I was surprised to see my quarterly box of cat food at my door the other day. I groaned and thought it would be a nightmare trying to send it back, but I got an email from Chewy asking how the delivery was. I mentioned that my cat passed away and I needed to cancel the autoship. I also mentioned I'd like to return the current shipment if possible. Yesterday, I received an email saying they'd refunded the order in full and that I didn't need to return it, but if there was an opportunity to give it to my local vet or animal shelter, they'd appreciate it. That response really touched me. Then, today, the doorbell rang and a florist was standing there with a beautiful arrangement of flowers. I had no idea who these would be from and when I read the card, tears came to my eyes. It was Chewy with the note: "We're so sorry to hear of your loss of Sammie, and our hearts go out to you. We know this time is tough and we're always here if you need anything. Love, Kayla from Chewy.com." Wow!!! When it seems our world has sometimes lost its ethical compass, a company like Chewy will do something completely over the top that restores my faith in humanity. Between the flowers and the loss on the latest delivery, I'm not even sure if Chewy made a profit on me. But the next time I get a pet, Chewy will be where I go for supplies. Thank you for going above and beyond during my time of sadness and loss.

Chewy has by far THE BEST customer service in the pet industry! I have dealt with them multiple times over the last year and it has been a wonderful experience every time. Love this company and will continue to order from them!

I have been ordering from Chewy.com for fifteen years. They are an amazing company who truly cares about their customers and their pets! I once ordered an expensive ramp for my chihuahua and she would not use it. When I called them to tell them about it and return it they immediately issued a refund and told me to donate the ramp to a rescue! Also recently I called them to stop the auto chip for my chihuahua because she is no longer eating and may have to put her down soon, they immediately refunded me for her dog food although it had been a couple of months since I ordered. Then I ordered food for a new puppy I just got and in error ordered adult food for him. When I called them to ask them about a return and an exchange they totally understood and immediately refunded my money even though it was my error and sent me the correct one. They asked me to donate to a rescue the adult food. They are beyond caring!!! Their business practices surpass any other merchant I have ever dealt with my 48 years as a pet owner!!

Chewy is amazing! I ordered food for my dog through the site when I couldn’t find his regular food anywhere. Unfortunately he couldn’t eat it without being sick so I reached back out regarding returning it. They responded within a few hours, refunding my money and telling me I could donate the food I ordered! Truly wonderful service.

Amazing service- our family will be lifelong customers of Chewy. We would like to express our deepest appreciation and gratitude for your company’s kindness during a difficult time for our family. We had previously bought some kidney support supplements and diapers for one of our 15 year-old dogs, our sweet toy poodle named Cookie. Unfortunately, Cookie did not get a chance to use much of the products as she had passed away a few days later on January 29th, 2021. We called Chewy customer support to see if we could refund one of the items and in turn, received wonderful service from a wonderful and friendly customer service rep. We explained the reason for refund and she was extremely sympathetic and compassionate. Not only did we not have to return the items in order to receive the refund, but they also delivered a vase of flowers and a lovely message to our family. We’ve never encountered such gracious service from any other company, and Chewy has really set standards above and beyond. Our family will never forget how kind and generous Chewy has been during this time. Thank you so much Chewy, you are the number one spot for our pets!

I absolutely love chewy.com! They have great prices and the autoship option is great and convenient and you can skip or change the next shipment date easily. My orders always arrive insanely fast. I also have ordered prescription food through them and it was very easy. They have great customer service. I have received emails regarding my order and shipping within a day of ordering and if they need to call me I always get a call right away. When I ordered a new food that didn’t work out for my dog I got a full refund and they recommended I donate the rest of the food to a dog shelter. Lastly, when my moms dog past away they sent her flowers and a card. Chewy.com is one of the best companies out there in terms of services, customer service, and caring.
