Great food and toys for pets! Prices are a little steep though.

Very good company. Customer service is usually great and responds quickly (except for the occasional rude ones who accuse you of causing shipping issues). They need to stop using FedEx shipping, however. This is why they are four stars, not five. Their packages from FedEx keep getting delayed and shipped to the wrong address. I didn’t get my package from FedEx twice. It causes huge problems for me and makes me question the reliability of Chewy. Don’t buy any product that gets shipped from FedEx. It will not come. I will not buy any Chewy item that gets shipped with them.

Chewy ships out items fast and has great customer service, however I have an issue with how they pack their items to ship. My main gripe is when I make a large order. Instead of packing items sensibly in two boxes, they will play tetris and fit these items in one big box, making it extremely heavy not only for myself, but for the delivery driver. Please, be aware that delivery drivers suffer when you do this! Even though they have a dolly they can use, they still have to load it on there. Better to use two boxes that each weigh 35 pounds than one big box that weighs 70 pounds and risk damaging the items. Many times, packets of food are popped open and cans are crushed on the side (not just a small dent). Because the big box is stuffed, the tape used to seal the box closed doesnt hold it well and arrives open. I hope this is taken into consideration.

Chewy has a great selection of pet products at good prices. Shipping is usually fast and convenient. Customer service is friendly and quick to respond. Sometimes items go out of stock which can be frustrating. Overall, I’m very happy and will keep ordering from them

Received a $300 pet door. THIRTY TWO parts were missing! They refused to contact THEIR contractor. I said I was filing a complaint with PayPal. They said if I did I can never shop with them again. AS IF I HADN'T ALREADY DECIDED THAT! HORRIBLE, NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Update: Contacted by Chewy. It is not policy to cancel accounts if a PayPal complaint is made. They refunded me the entire price even though I received a new gate from the manufacturer.

The content are diverse and rich, with lots of products, but there are also plenty of ads. and I have to resort to pick.pet to see some real reviews.

I love chewy, but , I have several cats and need to save money wherever possible. I tried Advecta plus and found it works as well as the advantage II I usually use. The Advecta is a lot cheaper than the advantage II. I found out why chewy doesn’t carry it. And I’m seriously mad. It seems Bayer or whoever the new owner of advantage is , makes chewy and others sign a no competition clause , so chewy can’t carry Advecta. This is downright price fixing. Time for the AG to look into this practice
