Thank you Chewy for your thoughtfulness to the Lewis Family when we lost Dallas, our Labradoodle of 13 years due to aging. I had cancelled our auto ship program and several days later, we received a package of beautiful multi colored long stem roses. Chewy has always been a great company to work with. We've been using Chewy.com for dog food orders and other miscellaneous stuff for a while now. We've had to call customer service about delivery issues (FedEx's fault), and they fixed things up perfectly. Anyways, wife and I was just talking about daughter's dog food autodelivery, and wife said "Chewy's customer service is amazing. Amazing." so I thought I'd pass it on.

Well to start,I received my order so quickly(within a week).Second,my cats love the tunnel and 3 tier toy tower as soon as it was unwrapped.They have never acted that fast with new toys.I also love that we can now get their favorite food(since its always sold out in stores.Thank you Chewy...😃😃😃

Chewy is truly outstanding. Not only do they offer excellent pricing and efficient shipping, but they truly care about the fur babies. They gave me a refund when my cat didn't like her new food, and I was able to donate it to a shelter rather than returning the unused packages. Those of us with auto-ship can consult vets about simple matters.

I recently lost my Pug. I didn't use Chewy often, a couple of times a year, for Sophie's prescription food @ 102.00 a bag. I'd just received a bag plus an emergency bottle of allergy pills, 72.90. The pills came the day Sophie died. I contacted chewy about returns, not only did they credit me for both recently purchased items, they send me a nice card and a dozen roses. Very impressed with this company

We used Chewy for a good number of years for our dog foods, treats and medicines. We also had auto ship on a number of them. We had to put our beloved dog down March 1st. We called to cancel the auto ships. No problem at all. The following day a vase full off lovely flowers arrived with a sympathy note from Chewy. Now that’s a real FIRST CLASS COMPANY❤️
