I have to say that if you don’t shop with Chewy.com, please do! They have been unbelievably generous & kind to us over the years. From all the food donations to the shelters because our animals decided they didn’t like it while crediting our accounts back right away (over $100 in returns donated) to the Christmas present they sent of a hand painted portrait of our boy Bowzer (which ironically came just a couple months before we lost him) to this bouquet of flowers they sent when they heard he passed! I can’t think of another company who treats their customers better! With happy tears, thank you Chewy!🙏 You have brought humanity back to online shopping & it has not gone unnoticed! We will forever give our ongoing business to you!

I have used Chewy.com for years. At one time i had three cats and getting liter on auto delivery was a wonderful thing. I never had problems with anything I ordered from Chewy. I was always able to adjust my orders without a problem. Well this week I lost my last cat and had to completely stop my order. I wanted Chewy to know that it wasn't their service or prices but that I lost Frieda. I also asked to take her off their birthday card list. I received the nicest, warmest return email. It warmed my heart. Today I received flowers from Chewy.com regarding my loss!!! Unbelievable!! I cannot believe this company - how wonderful and caring they are to their customers!!! Ivebeen dealing with chewy for a few years and I have to say from customer service to delivery its been nothing but top notch.being retired from them grocery business after 50 years,its great to see great customer service to talk with and delivery its spot on.ive never waited more then 2days for anything.of course living in florida is am closer.case in point I ordered some items today around 230pm and get email saying it will be here tomorrow.you can't beat that Thanks again Keep up the great work

For the life of me I cannot understand where these negative reviews come from. I haven't used chewy.com a lot but recently I've used it a few times and my order almost always comes the very next day which is amazing all by itself. Yesterday I ordered salt for my saltwater aquarium and I mistakenly ordered the wrong salt. I emailed chewy thinking I was going to end up having to pay return shipping cost and it might not even be worth it to return. But to my surprise, I received an email back a short time later telling me that they have issued a refund and I could just donate the salt to someone who needs it! It was my mistake not theirs but they went out of thier way to fix my mistake!! They have won me over as a customer forever thank you chewy.com...

You won't believe this ... today I received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from Mariana at Chewy.com and a sweet condolence note about the death of two of my pets in the past month! That is above and beyond thoughtfulness. I have been in a deep depression for the past two weeks, since my last pet died. Today his grave marker came ... and the bouquet soon after. There is a higher power. The reviews are right when they say Chewy hires people who are in tune with their mission of truly caring about our fur family members. Their thoughtfulness is helping me crawl out of this hole of depression. Thank you, Mariana and Chewy.com.

I recently started using Chewy.com after receiving Feliway as a gift for my two cats who tend to fuss with each other. The product is amazing, no more hissing, my bully cat has settled down and will even allow the other cat to lie near her now. As an aside, I learned how fantastic Chewy.com is, especially during the pandemic. As a busy working person, trips to the store for cat food are not my highest priority, often leaving my picky eaters with dry kibble. I've used Chewy twice, got my over in one day, complete, so well packed that there was no concern of damage or spills, and the price is comparable to Walmart and less than at Publix. You have a new customer here. Thank you for your exceptional customer service.

I have recently started to purchase my pet food from Chewy.com. It really is convenient, and good prices! I believe this will be the place where I will get my pet food from. I have been a chewy.com customer for yrs and on Thursday we lost our beloved family pet of 15 yrs so I had to cancel my monthly order and today we got a big bouquet of gorgeous flowers delivered from kenisha the person that helped me chewy does go above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough
