Chewy has always been very helpful with any issues. We recently had a kitty passed and received flowers from Chewy. What a thoughtful touch of class!!!

Chewy has continued to impress me with their excellent customer service team. However they're training their employees, they're doing it right. For one, I've received a handwritten birthday card for my boy - two years in a row. Secondly, I ordered the wrong sized dog brush for my boy and not only did they give me a refund - they also told me to keep the brush and donate it to a pet shelter in need, even providing proof of donation receipt. I recommend Chewy to any pet owner.

I have had nothing but very good experience with Chewy. I have a Ragdoll who has IBS. He has to be on a special diet. I ordered a food by Ziwi in venison. He would not touch it. Customer Service was excellent . They were very accommodating and very helpful. I highly recommend Chewy for your furry babies.

I was shocked at the ease of returning a broken product! I ordered an extra large pet cage. It came in just two days! However when we opened it, one of the walls was bent 😕. I dreaded calling customer service. I didn't want to deal with the automated system, being transferred to departments, and to eventually have to print a return label and go to the post office. First, they had their number in the email linked so I could just call from there. Yay. I called and A LIVE PERSON answered! This threw me off guard, but I recovered and gave the basic issue. She asked a last name, found it and the proper product the FIRST time. Then said they were sending me a new one and I can just dispose of or return it to PetSmart if I wanted! Wait, what? That's it? The whole interaction took maybe 3 minutes. Highly recommend chewy! I'm still in awe how easy this was and a live person answered. Definitely ordering from chewy more often!

Chewy was great. Orders came on time and the food helped my kitty a lot. Sadly she passed away 2 weeks ago regardless of how hard we tried to keep her going. When she passed away, they sent their condolences and sent flowers. What a surprise from a big company. I’ve never experienced such care.

Never had a company do this before. I called chewy to cancel an order due to the passing of my dog. One of the customer service reps Jennifer who understood my situation replied with a very kind email. A few days later, flowers arrived my door. Wow. I am lost for words. A person from a company that does something like this is amazing. Thank you.

I recently lost my dog.. I called Chewy a couple weeks later to explain that my dog had past away and was on perception dogfood and i had 4 cases left and wanted to send it back.. They were very nice and caring sending there condolences for my loss.. Then told me that there was no need to send the food back and refunded me the money for the 4 cases I had.. I donated the dogfood.. A few days later I received flowers from them for the loss if my dog... What a wonderful compassionate company they are!! Really care about there customers! More companies need to take a page out of Chewy.coms book!!

I ordered few things from them for my cichlids and cats. They are very very generous people. BUT YOU GOTTA TO ORDER RIGHT. Cause i ordered aquarium lighting( my tank is 38” (wish i took picture of my tank. Ahhh). that is 48-60”. Way too wide for my fish tank! ☹️ They will send you new one. Very very generous people. Anything i wanted order for my little furball buddies... THERE S CHEWY!!🥰🥰🥰🥰
