I accidentally selected my mom's address for my order instead of my own and the order had already shipped so I called customer service and they refunded the order and reordered the items for me to my correct address and my mom got to keep the $85 worth of product that was sent to her house! The customer service women was so friendly and personal and she gave me a 10% military discount. Any time I've had to call customer service it's been a great experience and it's always so easy and theres never a wait. Its an amazing company

I just want to say thank you to chewy.com!!! The customer service is amazing and I love ordering from here!!! Our two German Shepard puppies love the food we order from here. The auto ship is awesome. The food just comes right to our front door without me worrying if the store has the brand we use for them. Thank u again Chewy!!!

I am totally amazed with Chewy.com. First, I requested to return two items. The response was so fast and the instructions were easy. Second, one of the returns the company credited my account within one day, and requested that I just donate the product instead of returning it. I am AMAZED and I have never experienced this before. So happy that Chewy will allow me to donate the item. I will head to the nearest animal shelter to donate. Amazing Chewy.com

I had great customer service with Chewy. FedEx lost my package and after wasting my time trying to get it settled through FedEx I called Chewy for help. Luis helped me by sending me a replacement order at no cost. It was such a relief to not have to worry about dealing with FedEx to get my original package. Considering the package was medicine for my cat I truly appreciate the quick and helpful service!

I am so impressed with Chewy! I have two new kittens and I have been feeding the Nulo brand food. My vet suggested that we try hills science. I ordered some from Chewy and while we waited for it to arrive, we purchased some from our vet. Our kittens are not loving it and it has been making them sick. We got the food from Chewy and have not opened it yet. I reached out to see if I could return it, the woman I spoke with told me that she would refund me and I could bring the unopened bag of food to a local shelter. I love this!!

I had to cancel a recent order for cat food. I no longer needed it, my beloved Foxy had crossed Rainbow Bridge. I got the lovliest email from Chewy, with condolences and kind words. And yesterday, I received a dozen beautiful roses. Chewy is an amazing company, with truly wonderful people. My heart is full.

Chewy is alway so prompt on any emails I send. My last package got delivered to someone else so they sent me a replacement. Whoever got my package brought it to me so I asked Chewy to charge me for the replacement. They responded that they were happy I was happy and never charged me for the replacement.
