Hands down Chewy.com is the place to order all of your pets needs. They have excellent customer service. You receive a live person when you call their 1-800 number. They auto-ship and deliver quickly. They go above and beyond and even sent painted portraits of my pups from profile picture I uploaded under my account. Highly Recommend!

I recently experienced the loss of a dear pet, I called to cancel a recurring order, the costumer service rep was so kind and behold a few days later I received a beautiful flower basket to commemorate my little 18 yr old pooch...the culture of this company goes far beyond what one can expect!!!

I just received my latest order which arrived in about 36 hrs. I care for a small colony of feral cats who try to eat me out of house and home. Chewy has been a great vendor for food and supplies. My orders come quickly and they have always replaced damaged items without question and immediately. They have the greatest customer service team I’ve ever dealt with. Very easy to use website and extremely easy to use auto shipping. I’ve used Chewy for the majority of my pet needs for many years. There have been glitches with the delivery service but Chewy’s response has been 100% positive.

Chewy went above and beyond with exceptional customer service as well as being compassionate at such a difficult time. We'd just lost our beloved pet and had just recently received our autoship order. Not only did they refund our cost and had us donate the food, but sent us flowers! As a retail business, we didn't expect any of this.

So happy with their customer service and care support. I was going to order off Amazon and thought I would give chewy a try. Prices were the same and although one product didn’t work out The response and resolution I got from them was beyond what I expected. I also get my dogs medicine from here and it is much cheaper than going to the vets.

I want to write and thank Chewy for the most exceptional customer service. My cats food was out of stock all over the country, it was royal canin renal A. I was trying all companies and everyone was out. I only had one bowl left, the last time we changed food on my cat, she ended up in the hospital. I talked to a sweet woman who not only helped me very quickly, she expedited my order, so we wouldn’t run out of food. I never have experienced such wonderful customer service!! I thank Chewy and their sales team. I recommend them very highly!!

Excellent customer service! They make you feel that they care for your pets as much as you do. They provided a huge bag of high quality food for me to donate to a rescue dog in my neighborhood. Website is easy to use and selection is good.
