Chewy has always been 100% there for me with my orders and my shipments and my questions, but this time they've outdone themselves. I called them to cancel my order as my little dog had passed away. Several days later I received a dozen roses in a vase with a beautiful card from them. I cannot find enough words to say just how much it meant to me for them to reach out and offer me a beautiful bouquet of consolation. Thank you, Chewy.

I purchased nearly everything for my cat through Chewy.com, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They got everything to me quickly despite a huge winter storm, and the customer service was really helpful. I really appreciate that you get to talk to a real person when you call customer service, instead of a robot. Definitely will use Chewy again!

I am definitely a big fan of chewy you can buy things in bulk and set a timer for when you will get a new shipment of safe food automatically I really do you like chewy. Com and I love how I can either have a nap or just use a website if I do not want to use up any space on my phone my phone has a lot of space though so having the app really doesn't affect it because the app isn't even that big

This is a fantastic company. We had been ordering medication for our senior dog for arthritis on auto refill. An auto refill occurred the day after our dog passed and not only did Chewy refund the cost they sent a nice bouquet of flowers and condolences. They now have a customer for life.

My dog, who had several autoship items, including meds, from Chewy, sadly passed away 11/12/20. I was so upset, and forgot to cancel her autoship. I sent Chewy a picture of her cremation certificate, explaining that she had passed and I didn't need the items that were shipped to me. Two days later, I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to me. When I saw that the flowers were from Chewy, I immediately began crying. Not only that, they refunded the items that were delivered without asking me to ship them back. I work at a non-profit Animal Rescue and I was able to donate the meds that I no longer needed. Chewy is an incredible company. They care about their customers and their beloved pets. I've never experienced customer service with any other company like I have with Chewy. Chewy is by far a model company and I wish more businesses lived up to their standards. I have since adopted another dog, and I continue to use Chewy.

This is the best company I have ever dealt with. I had an issue with a pet camera I had purchased. They replaced the camera and asked me about my dog. I sent a picture and I just received this wonderful gift in the mail. A small painting of my dog!! They are so great!! A big company with such a personal touch!

Oustanding customer support, even when the issue was not their fault! I received an email stating that my chewy order had been delivered by Fedex, but knew they had not been to my house. After checking my front door camera and confirming there was no delivery, I reached out to chewy to see what I needed to do. I was very worried about losing my order/money since we had purchased expensive prescription dog food. Without any hesitation, they offered to immediately replace and ship the order again. I was very impressed and relieved to know it wouldn't be a loss or even a hassle for us. They also said to let them know if there are any more problems in the future. My dog is going on 14 and needs to stay up on her prescription kidney food, so it was nice to know that they would take care of any problems that arise in getting it to us. They really didn't have any control over Fedex messing up, but took the loss anyway to provide great service. That means a lot when you can't rely on most big companies to do the right thing.

Chewy has amazing customer service! Above and beyond! I've been using Chewy the past 3 years mostly to order cat litter. Well, a couple weeks ago I came home from work one night to find that 2 very heavy boxes of litter had been left at the bottom of my apartment stairs instead of left up by my door as usual. This was a big problem as I have chronic illness/chronic pain, and getting that litter up my stairs was extremely difficult. I emailed Chewy right away about the problem - someone got back to me within the hour informing me that they had contacted the delivery team to let them know that this was unacceptable, and encouraged me to reach out again if it happened again, or if there were any other issues. I thought this was excellent customer service, and was very happy with their response. Well, yesterday, I found a package at my door from Chewy with 4 hand painted portraits of my cats that I had added to my Chewy account!! These pictures are amazing! I was so touched that a big company like Chewy would take the time to do something like this! It also came with a hand written card. Chewy definitely has above and beyond customer service!!
