Fast prompt service.. Only issue I had was on of the bags of dog food I received was torn open about 5 inches.. Other wise I am satisfied with the service.

A positive experience, but shipping needs to be reduced (or free) in order to compete with local stores. Would rather buy here but saving money is top priority. Thanks.

The product and processing was very good but the box it was sent in was so week that it had been opened completly by the time it got here.

I ordered, and received an email stating my items were on there way...and it kept saying THAT for 2 more days, even though the package should have arrived by then. I called to check on the status, and was told it seems it was never shipped. So another one was shipped out, no charge. This time, it arrived on time, and then the ORIGINAL package did too. So something got mixed up. I called back to let them know it came, but I wasn't charged, because of the delays and confusion. The people I spoke with were kind, and patient. I plan to give them another chance and hope it will go more smoothly next time.

I am very pleased with my first order placed with Chewy.com. My TASTE OF THE WILD arrived exactly when they said it would and I got free shipping. My only gripe is that I was offered a 15% discount on my first order but there is a catch.....you have to be placed on auto-ship. I don't really want auto-ship since I'm not totally sure exactly HOW long two bags will last me but they do give you the option of canceling- which I think I may do. The prices were about 10% lower than Tractor Supply (where I normally get my Taste of the Wild). They offer great variety and decent prices....service was excellent, too. I do recommend.
