Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Maneuvering the site on line was confusing as it appeared to offer 15% off 1st delivery as if 'new customer' but in fact you HAVE to sign up for auto deliv to get this discount and it is really only a MAX of $15.. I found this deceptive. Most prices were competetive but I did pay $6 more for Candidae Dog food.

Took an extra day to get dog food. Not a big deal but not what I expected. Couldn't drag big box into the house -- too heavy. This may not work for me. Buying at store I can back car into garage and drag bag into house.

I ordered several things the same day from other internet companies. The Chewy's package came last...one week later than all the other orders combined.

It is a nice option for people in rural areas or that can't get to a store easily but I paid $10 more for the same dog food I buy a mile from my house. I only did it so the rescue would get a donation.

I like the service from Chewy.com. my order was sent quickly. However, I like presentation and the overall customer service experience. The box my shipment arrived in looked as if it had been through several shipments and as if it had barely made it through this one. I purchased several heavy items and don't feel confident that chewy.com will use sturdy enough materials to guarantee I actually recieve my items without incident (box ripping).

Better prices than Wag.com, but delivery was twice as long. It was promised 1-2 day delivery, but ordering on Friday AM gave me a delivery of half my order on Tuesday (9pm) and Wed night the 2nd half.

This was my first purchase with MrChewy.com. The website is easy to use; the prices are reasonable; quick shipping is great. I ordered a case of canned dog food. The only thing that was disappointing is that 5 of the 12 cans were dented. They are usable, but it just bothers me.

I placed my order early last week and still haven't received it so I can't review the product. Order placement was fine.
