I was very disappointed about not getting any money off of my subscribe and save right now. I would never order from them again now.

8/23/25 Two 35 lb cans of cat litter were supposed to be delivered to my front door. Instead, they were delivered to the back of my garage. I have spent months in physical therapy for back injuries on top of congenital back problems; I'm 72; I'm female. I do not know how I will get those cans across my whole garage and up four stairs to the bathroom where I keep my litter box. Previous experience was also bad - eg, a toy and can food lids that were terrible - had to donate them to charity and hope someone can make use of them. Worse, ordered two cases of senior cat food my cat won't go near. I am cancelling my account and will never shop with Chewy again.

this us the second time i've ordered from chewy that needed vet prescription. Both times they claimed to have called my vet. both times i called the vets office and there was never a call from chewy. so today much like the first time this happened I called my vet. I was on the phone with them while they faxed over the approval. Called chewy and of course they said they never received it. So now on monday 8 days after I placed this order whole my dogs are out of that food , I will have to call my vet, have them hang on the phone while I place a call to Chewy and gave them call my vet Immediately!! Thus us not my job to do this it's yours!! Last time I ever order anything prescription from Chewy!

The pigeon feed I received (Brown's Premium Kafir) was infested with Indian Meal Moths. These are very difficult to eradicate. This happened in two separate orders.

On an ad on msn Chewy.com said there is a 35% on first order it doesn't say it has to be on autoship and there max. discount is only $20.00 not 35% off ,so that's a lie and misleading the customer ! I have had a few issues with this with chewy.com customer service in the past! Its a SCAM!! Mrs. D.Demalley

I ordered a KONG Wubba from Chewy.ca and was shocked to receive one that had already been chewed. Clearly it was a return or used product that should never have been sent out again. To make things worse, Chewy did nothing to rectify the issue when I contacted them. For a company that claims to care about pets, this is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from them again and would warn other pet owners to check their items carefully.

The website offers a guest checkout feature with ApplePay but forces you to login to your account if it recognizes your email. It’s extra clicks and inefficient.

We tried to order an eGift card for our son's cat on our son's birthday. Instead of the card coming in the e-mail, the message was to call Chewy. We spoke to an agent who went over every aspect of the order and payment. This took a very long time. Then, instead of approving the order, she said that this would go to another office who would call within 24 hours to go over all of it again. We said to just cancel the order. We called Customer Service, who said the first agent followed procedure and did not have the authority to approve the order. Why couldn't she say so, and not waste our time? We have never had this kind of experience with any other company. We posted a review previously about this, but this is updated after speaking to Chewy Customer Service who said indeed this is how it works. Also, we called the credit card service who verified that the card was good.
