My dogs favorite food is Rachel Ray's nutrish & Chewy always has it in stock at reasonable prices. I received a chat pack from ripple street & my dog is loving it as always. Thank you Chewy & Ripple street #NutrishDogPack #Sponsored

I have always been satisfied with chewy. I receive auto shipments of my pets supplies because it is so much easier then lugging 40 pound cat litter to my car and 20 & 50 pound bags of food. If something was wrong with my order they would always fix it. I’ve always heard great reviews and I’m not much of a reviewer myself but this has to be told to everyone that loves their fur babies as much as I do. I received a birthday card from chewy for my cat four days after his passing. I realized I needed to remove him from my profile and switch up my auto shipment because I only have one cat now. I thanked them for the card and explained why I removed his profile. I received a response the next morning. They told me I could always reach out and that they have also had animals cross the rainbow bridge and know how much it hurts. They refunded me my previous order that I received over almost two weeks ago to help with expenses. I will never be able to express how much that means to me and how appreciative I am of them. I have never been treated more kindly then I have been by Chewy.

Chewy has the best customer service I've ever dealt with. Any time that I have an issue, they're ready to make it right and are fully communicative and friendly. A few weeks ago, I ordered something that ended up just being a crappy product and left a negative product review. They responded by refunding me the money, even though I did not make a return. Over the years I've spent thousands on this site and will continue to, it's the best place to get everything I need for my pets.

My cat needed prescription food so I started ordering from Chewy for 5 years. I had nothing but exceptional service. 1 time some cans were banged up, they sent me more at no charge. Very recent my cat had to be euthanized. I could barely talk but Isabella was so patient and kind and continually said how sorry she was for my loss. They refunded my money for the unused food and suggested I pay it forward and donate it to help other cats. 2 days after my call, I came home to flowers from Chewy at my door. When is the last time a large company made you feel noticed and taken care of. I highly recommend Chewy!

I have been buying cat and dog food, treats, toys, and grooming tools from Chewy for several years. Usually, place an order in the wee hours of Thur. and the package arrives Sat. AM. Very happy with their service. D. Paronto

I have had only amazing experiences with Chewy, when I order something, it always is packaged and shipped same days and shows up usually within two days. I had an issue with the size of an item I bought, and they refunded me and let me keep the item to donate to a pet shelter. This issue was resolved within an hour. I have not tried the Chewy pharmacy, which I realize people have had issues with, but every product I bought from them was top quality.

We've been a Chewy customer for many years, and love the company and its products. Now we love the company even more! Here's why: we just lost our beloved German Shepherd and wanted to return the unused cans of Weruva wet food (which is awesome, by the way). When I called to make arrangements for the return, and was asked the reason, the Customer Service representative, Jade, was SO EMPATHIC and said there was no need to return the food and that we could donate we could donate the food and receive full credit on our account! This brought tears to our eyes, and reinforces why we will always continue to buy our pet products from Chewy!

I never write reviews but I feel like I should share how helpful and reliable chewy has been for me and my kitty!!! I have a cat with sensitive stomach issues, and she requires a special diet that needs a vet approval. Each time I order her food it arrives promptly and the script doesn’t even have to be re-approved by her vet. They have always been so reliable at meeting our needs and after ordering from competitors I can confidently say I’m not going to be ordering my pet supplies online from anywhere else. Thank you Chewy!!!!
