What an amazing company, my mom has been going through chewy for a little over a year for our 23 year old cat. She unfortunately had to reach out to them and let them know we had to put him to rest the other day. Not only did the woman she spoke to take care of everything for my mom but she sent her a bouquet of flowers to let her know they were there!! Brittany, where ever you are or where ever you work, thank you so much for that warm gesture you have no idea how much we appreciate that!!

I have a 6 month old puppy and have been using chewy more and more since we got him. I am constantly impressed with their customer service team - they reply instantly on their 24hour chat service and the team are SO SO friendly! I’ve had two orders that I needed to return because of the size and they have kindly told me to donate them to local shelters instead of sending them back - so not only have they given me my money back but the crate and carrier have gone to a local shelter. I couldn’t recommend them enough

Chewy always answers the phone right away 24 hours a day with friendly helpful knowledgeable voices. I purchased 2 expensive litter box systems that didn't work out for my cats.1 was never even opened. Chewy gave me a complete refund and requested that I donate them to my local shelter, which I did. When my mom passed in December 2020 and then I had to put her cat to sleep shortly after due to illness, chewy sent me a condolence card along with a bouquet of fresh flowers. Chewy's prices can't be beat and I always receive my order within two days, delivered right to my door. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my pet supplies, food and medications! Chewy is the best!

I have never been so impressed and inspired from a company's customer service that I felt led to write a review. Chewy has consistently gone above and beyond (they send handwritten cards for my dog's birthday...who does that?) to make me feel like I'm not just "business" to them. It genuinely feels really nice. I intentionally purchase all my pet products from them because I want to support them. Also they have great product options and 2-3 day shipping.

I have only been ordering the last few years and not all the time stuff for my dog Chance but forgot to cancel her autoship after she passed and got a box of supplies at our front door the other day. Not only did Chewy refund me fully saying I could donate the supplies to the local shelter but I got flowers delivered today from them and when reading reviews on line see this is their standard treatment of customers whose pets have passed. Amazing

After the recent loss my cat, I called Chewy to cancel my auto ships. The following day I received roses and a sympathy note. I cannot express in words what that meant to me. Chewy truley cares about their customers.

I can’t express enough how great Chewy’s customer service is. I’ve rarely had an issue but a couple times needed to return something they go above and beyond to make to happy. I’ll never use any other place to get my pets food, toys, litter ect from!! Very satisfied customer!
