I had medication for my 15 year old golden retriever on auto ship. We needed to do the right thing and euthanize her. Well at the same time the auto shop was completed. I called and spoke to Jade to see if the package could be returned as the box had not been opened. Unfortunately, she could not accept a return and provided ways to safely dispose of the medication. All standard customer service. But Jade continued to go beyond the “standard”. She refunded the cost of the medication. That was excellent customer service. But Jade didn’t stop there! A beautiful bouquet of flowers were delivered today from her. Her thoughtfulness goes well beyond any expectations. Her customer service is exceptional and Chewy is lucky to have her on their staff!! If I ever have another pet, Chewy will be the only place for my pets needs! Thank you Jade!!

Chewy is hands down the best company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is top notch, their shipping is always accurate and timely, they full back your purchases and they resolve issues promptly! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! (I recently had to call in because of a change in my auto ship. I dealt with a gentleman named Victor. I shared with him that I had just lost my little Chihuahua, Charliee. A few days later I received a dozen assorted roses with the kindest sympathy note. What company does that? I was absolutely blown away; as this is above and beyond!! Chewy has been a great supporter of my pup. As everyone with a dog knows greenies are super expensive. I bought a small pack and loved them then I had bought a large box and recently found out my dog has a wheat flour allergy which is the first ingredient. I reached out to see if there was anything I could do and they fully helped me rectify the situation. So thankful for such a good company to help me raise and help my pup in all his needs

My experience with Chewy has been nothing short of amazing. My sweet chocolate lab, Charley had to be put down very suddenly last week. We reached out to Chewy to see if we could return her unopened food that had recently been delivered. They responded with a personal, heartfelt email to inform us that they would fully refund our money for the food and told us to donate the bag to a shelter in our pup's name. Then, to our further surprise, they sent us a beautiful array of roses. So, so thankful.

I was enrolled in auto ship after a few successful orders on Chewy.com. When my elderly cat died, I called to ask about a recent shipment that I had forgotten to cancel in must grief. I was refunded, advised I was free to donate the items to a local shelter (which I enthusiastically did). Then I received a beautiful sympathy bouquet (with all animal safe plants!) from the person I spoke with. I thoroughly endorse this company for your pet supplies.

Chewy is a good place to meet needs for your fur-family/pets. I have had their autoship service for several years and rarely have an issue. Infrequently, though, there are negative experiences. Upon reaching out to one of their team members, I have always experienced customer service above and beyond what I expected. With the exception of a few items I order through my veterinarian's website, I order all of our pet food, toys, treats, and bedding through Chewy. Their prices are competitive, and I am always "in the loop" if something is out of stock or any other issue arises.

I’m super pleased with this company. We accidentally ordered the wrong size kennel pan. We sent them a message to see how we would go fixing it. They went above and beyond for us. I definitely recommend this company. Your orders also get delivered super fast. 10/10
