An item I ordered was supposed to be delivered by FedEx. Even though FedEx "confirmed delivery" I never received the package, nor was it left with any neighbors. Chewy was quick to reply (within a few hours via email) and send a replacement the next day. Excellent service!!

We started dealng with Chewy a few months ago. Just within the past week, we needed to put our Spike to sleep, our cat of 20yrs. Chewy was FANTASTIC in their compassion and support. I never expected this. Also, they have been reliable and supportive with food products, customer service, and dealing with my pets' meds. We are a Chewy customer for life!

Whenever I need products for my pets I purchase from Chewy. I love all the great options they have especially in the toy department. As far as I'm concerned the customer service is the best. A company that tells you to donate whatever it was your not happy with I consider beautifully charitable. Also you receive your order super fast. The best!

My sweet boy passed away in March of 2020, we had all of his prescriptions through Chewy. I had to make the awful call of cancelling them and received condolence flowers within 48 hours, since then we have continued to use Chewy for our sweet girl for her food, with ZERO problems. It auto ships on time every month so we never run out. As of today it has been 1 year and a few weeks since he passed and today I received a card and a hand painted canvas of him.

I have been using Chewy auto fill for my two dogs heartworm meds. Unfortunately one of the dogs recently passed so I had to call Chewy to stop the meds for that particular dog. The woman on the phone was very sympathetic and handled every thing. Two days later my wife received flowers and a sympathy card from Chewy..Very Classy Company!!!!

Great place to buy pet products. Prices are similar to Amazon, as much variety as Amazon but the exact items are somewhat different. Fast shipping. Great handling for prescriptions, which I don't think Amazon even has. Chewy occasionally sends out gifts, like paintings of pets and birthday cards. Only issue I've seen is that the Q&A section isn't useful. The official answers written by Chewy are surprisingly useless. I once asked what type of light bulb I would need to buy for a particular heat lamp. Chewy's response was that the lamp didn't come with a bulb.
