Awesome place! Always order from them! My in-laws do and so does my daughter! They sent my baby girl a get well card and a package of goodies too! After I called and my package was delivered at the wrong address! They sent out another one, free of charge! And the days later I got a get well card and some extra stuff! Awesome customer service 😁😁😁

I seldom take the time to write reviews, especially a positive one. This is a rare exception! We used Chewy for the first time so we could purchase our cat’s medication at a cheaper cost than the vet. On the day we received the medication, we unfortunately had to put our cat down. Not only did Chewy refund us in full (no questions asked), they sent us a condolence letter with a bouquet of flowers. This was very much appreciated and we will be a customer for life!

I had an issue with an item that I purchased, and it was my fault for not knowing exactly what I had ordered. A quick call to Chewy explaining that I had purchased the wrongful item, and I was immediately refunded the purchase price!!! And a real person answered the phone!!! You don’t find this kind of customer service very often anymore. Thanks Chewy!!

Chewy is one of those company that no matter how many times I call they are always pleasant and helpful. They have never questioned when I told them a dog did not like a food, they always ask that food or item to be donated to a local rescue. My order always show up on time or early. They have very competitive prices, I have gone to doing all of my shopping from chewy.

If I could put ten stars I would. Gosh if every company was like Chewy life would be great!

Chewy is the best hands down. Free shipping and fast delivery are great, but the real differentiator is top notch customer service. That team does not rest until the issue is resolved. Bonus points: they are great communicators, too! I wish all online customer support was this calibre
