Chewy has never disappointed me. I rarely ever write reviews but they absolutely deserve it. Unbelievably fast shipping & delivery , affordable prices & amazing customer service !! They truly care & I will forever shop here. 10/10 love Chewy !!

Update My last review was very low. But customer service emailed me and told me about their 100% satisfaction, returns and free postage. They take returns up to a year, opened or not. I can't think of a reason not to order from them with their policies. A++

While I enjoy Chewy's prompt prescription delivery service, my cat does not, as the mailman is now #2 on his "hitlist". (Guess who's #1.) Chewy's pills are of such high quality the cat grows stronger every day, while I am very close to needing life support. Their prices are so low that I can afford my many ER visits, and when I get home wearing my multitude of bandages, the cat is waiting at the door to continue our pill wars. Thanks to Chewy, I have since changed the cat's name to "Viper" for the obvious reason, which, sadly, I believe has further convinced him of his invincibility. At what point can I submit a claim for workman's comp?

I cannot say enough good words about Chewys! My sweet boo died this week. I sent a chat message and Tasha answered. I had bout about 100 worth of kidney disease food. She issued a full refund, gave her condolences and asked me to donate the food. Now the topping is I received a bouquet 💐 of flowers from our local flower shop saying how sorry she was. What a beautiful person. Thank you Tasha. I will always stay a customer. Boo is shining over us.

So, I had to call to place my order because I had to update my credit card info and, almost immediately I received a live voice. No waiting whatsoever. I got a big discount on a cat tree that I purchased. That saved me almost $20 which was awesome along with free shipping. And I got a really nice young man that was totally awesome. He was really friendly, had a great attitude. Kudos to Grant from Dallas Texas. That guy deserves a raise. Some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. I'm definitely a long time customer and would highly recommend chewy.

Nothing but positive experience. When an order goes wrong, they are prompt to respond and fix the issue. And often times, they tell me to donate the items to a shelter rather than sending it back to Chewy. And they are the only eCommerce company that carries the dog food that my dog loves.

This company just raised the bar!! A friend lost their beloved fur baby a few days ago. They emailed the company about a refund for food they ordered that was unopened. Not only did they issue a refund and requested they donate the food to a shelter, but they sent flowers & a heartfelt note. It just doesn’t get any better than this!!!
