Excellent customer service!! I had placed an order online and I had inadvertently ordered the wrong product. I contacted Chewy and not only was my request to return the item taken care of in a timely manner; Chewy gave me the option to donate the product to my local shelter/rescue facility rather than return the product to them. How cool!!! Kudos, kudos, kudos to Chewy!!!! I will definitely continue to order from them for all my pets needs.

Chewy has been consistently excellent in every area for me and has done their level best to get the items I needed to me despite the hardships of the pandemic they are wonderful and I trust them 100 percent

I had been using Chewy.com delivery service for a few years and had ordered and received my dog’s Christmas gifts last December. My dog suddenly passed December 16th. I called Chewy to see about returning his unopened treats and his gifts for a refund and the gentleman on the other end was so amazing, caring and compassionate as he listened to my story through many tears. He said to donate all of the items to a local shelter and my money was refunded quickly. And, to my surprise, I received a dozen roses a couple of days later, with sympathy from Chewy.com!! I have never received such a sweet gesture from ANY company! Truly amazing!!!

I don't write reviews really but I just had an awesome experience and I want all to know. My dog is very sick and won't eat the dog food that I ordered. I called to see how I could return all of the unopened cans of food and he said to take it to my local human society and donate and they will refund all of my money...no questions asked. Made me cry! Thank you Chewy!!

Chewy is a fantastic company, I had a 24 year old mare I needed meds for, I had ordered them through chewy, a few days later before the meds had arrive I let them know I no longer needed the meds due to her passing away, the lady I spoke with was very caring and compassionate about the situation. Chewy refunded me the money for the medication, and I just received a BEAUTIFUL bouquet of flowers for my beautiful mare, Raven. Thank you so much chewy! ❤️

Fantastic customer service. And today, I received a gift! An acrylic painting of my cat’s photo that I uploaded to my Chewy account. Such a great likeness! One time I ordered a carrier and it ended up being way too big. Instead of them making me send it back, they told me just to donate it to a shelter or something similar. I’ve only had a good experience with Chewy! And, they actually answer the phone when you call. No phone tree! I love that! They give me suggestions and talk through things with me. I feel like they care. It’s just been an all-around great experience for me!
