I expected one to two days shipping but it was 3 and 4 days as my order was in two packages. Still better than driving to the store!

I was pleased with the prompt receipt of my order.

My only issue (which I sent an email about) is that the website needs a "return to shopping" button. After each item I ordered I had to start again from almost the beginning. Otherwise, I'll be back for reorders.

We were very pleased with the service and shipment of our first ever order, however disappointed that we got the wrong product. A call on a Saturday afternoon gave us a very helpful person who promptly arranged a shipment which we received on 9/26/12. Unfortunately, it was the same wrong shipment we got the first time. Another call got an apology from customer service and said we would not be charged even for our first order. We are awaiting shipment of our product which we now expect to receive on 10/2/12. If that happens, we will be happy and very proud of excellent customer service.

Surprised that delivery was Saturday at 7 p.m. for my dog food. Small rip in bad had been taped over would have been my biggest complaint.

Product was available and arrived quickly. Online ordering was easy. I did not like the fact that the 15% discount, which allured me to the site, turned out later to have an * and applied only when I signed on to auto-delivery. For me this was not feasible since I'm in the process of changing diets on a rather finnicky dog and am unable to determine yet amounts he would need on recurring basis.

Placed my first order, received my shipment faster than I expected, and my dog Bogart is loving the deer antler and rib bone...

Nice selection and prices for the various brands of dog food I feed. Much better prices than any of the pet food stores in my city - I will be saving probably at least $50.00 per month!! (I am feeding 2 Saint Bernards!!) I just need to allow enough time for the products to get shipped. From the day I ordered to the day of delivery was 6 days.
