never delivers within time stated, always 5 days or more. NEVER 1-3 days as promised. My last 3 orders were 5 days. Lost me as customer and they do not care. Called and they have no answers, no refund or coupons perhaps... to keep me as a customer, no nothing. BAD business. Really disappointed

Chewy is great, BUT, they are going to lose my business if they don't break their partnership with Fed X. What was for years an overnight or 2 day delivery, has consistently become a 4 to 7 day delivery. FED UP WITH FED X!

I thought I was on the right track, getting my cat food delivered monthly, until my bank pointed out that I had spent "more than usual" on Chewy this month. I looked into it, and realized that my monthly charge had been increasing every month for 4 months straight. No thanks. I'll get my cat food elsewhere.

I ordered on a Thursday, they reached out to my vet for approval within 24 hours… but let me tell you. Having to wait six days for medication for seven animals is ridiculous. That medication should’ve had the option to be shipped at least over a two day period. so while their products are reliable, it shouldn’t take almost a whole week to get much-needed medications.

Kind of a hot mess. I've used Chewy for years, and sometimes I'm blown away by their customer service and sometimes I'm certain I'll never order from them again. Some orders arrive within 72 hours; others take ten days. NEVER order litter and food at the same time--they throw everything in the same giant box, and not only does the litter crush all the other items because there is no padding or wrapping of any of the items, they don't properly tape the shipping boxes closed. More often than not, the boxes are tossed in front of my apartment door by FedEx torn open and are sometimes completely destroyed. Poor packaging and combining heavy items with lighter ones has been a problem from the very start for Chewy, and they still haven't learned how to do it right. My latest frustrations concern their charitable giving platform. Trying to order something off of a wish list for a charity is nearly impossible, and the support is simply nonexistent. They don't know how to fix anything and contacting them is a waste of time. They kept insisting "it works for us." Well, that's nice, but it doesn't work for me!! Many items won't go into the cart, and the quantity of the ones that will can't be changed. I did manage to place one charity order, but there's no follow-up; I got an order confirmation but that was the end of it. No shipping notification ever came. From now on I'm going to use Amazon or Walmart to send "wish list" gifts.

Chewy use to be so much better to buy from. You were able to order something and receive it the next day. I placed an order on 6/6/21 we are now at 6/14/21 my delivery date has changed like 4 times. Im very annoyed. I won't be shopping here again any time soon.

The on-line shopping experience is actually very good and on par with competing services but one thing that keeps happening on my free (1 - 3 day) shipping orders is that they always come in 6 - 8 days! That really doesn't help my situation and going to the store ends up being a necessity. When I first started using Chewy a while ago it really was 3 days! Confused and dissapointed...

Long term customer. Rescued for 25+ years. CHEWY WAS WONDERFUL WHEN RYAN COHEN OWNED. Slowly since selling out to first petsmart and now ceo singh: quality and a noticeable lack of empathy shines thru. Customer service is cold and phony. When there was an issue with product or even worse the passing of one of my babies: there was sincere human interaction. That has now diminished or left. Just another large corporate entity that truly doesn't give a damn about pets or pet owners. Go to small family owned companies who contribute to rescue We miss you Mr. COHEN and ur sincere love of our animals
