I placed an order for dog food they took the money off my card but sent me an email saying they couldn’t ship it.so I called them to find out why and they said they had to verify my email that was already done when I placed my order they said someone will contact me in 24 hours OK so I told him you took my money. My dog needs his food and you’re giving me a hard time about my order that I paid for I will never use them again. I don’t trust them. I ordered my dogs food from pet supplies and got it within two hours so that’s who I will be using from now on.

I will not rely on Chewy for Rx. I had emails saying to be delivered 10-4 -- and then out for delivery today. Then calling in after 4 - chewy said 'out of delivery today'.. Finally, I went to fed ex home delivery site - with the number etc -- it is not out for delivery. When it comes to prescriptions for one's dogs and cats - I cannot rely on Chewy. they admitted their own (after 3 customer reps and proving what fed ex said -- and tried to weasel with 3-5 days is their estimate - but then why out for delivery today --- blaming fed ex is wrong - as fed ex is their agent. I can only say - for me chewy rx - is not reliable - and they have wasted a good 1 hr and a half of my time as well

The most terrible experience, I ordered dog food and the shipping kept getting delayed until they said they delivered the package but they never did. THE WORST!!!!!

I ordered prescription cat food for my cat last month. I canceled the order because it was cheaper at the Veterinary office. They still won't send back the money for it. Don't trust them. They are liars. I wouldn't order anything from them ever again.

Cannot get my money back for a product that didn’t work have been calling since august 14 and still nothing everyone I speak to says something different. I have been a customer with chewy for a vey long time and have spent a lot of money with them. I would sincerely like my money back for something that does not work which was over $100.

They sent me a bird feeder ,it came broken and in parts,they replaced it with another one full of paints chips,I’ve asked for a refund 4 times now with no response the bird feeder is made in Thailand not canada

Chewy consistently delivers my order - via FedEx -to the wrong residence. Address is correct but deliveries go to wrong home. I do not have this issue with GrubHub, Lyft, UPS or the USPS. In fact I NEVER have this issue with anyone but Chewy. When I complain, Chewy customer service indicates they will communicate to FedEx. I don’t believe that they do anything or they have absolutely no influence on FedEx. I have stopped using Chewy.

I placed an order for Heartgard Plus. Chewy offered me a 35% discount on its website. At checkout, I had the option to mail a prescription or have Chewy contact the vet. I chose to mail it. A couple days later, Chewy e-mailed instructions to mail the prescription. I mailed it the next day. The day after that, Chewy canceled the order, saying that they could not reach the vet. When I called customer service, they said they could place a new order, but could not provide the same discount.
