I have already written a review a few months back praising Chewy's customer service. But truly, I have never encountered such a big company that cares so much about their clients and their fur babies. My dog passed last week. Cancelling the autoship was a breeze (it is not the case everywhere, trust me). I also wanted to send back unopened items from my last order, and to spare me the burden, they simply refunded those items without me having to send it back. Not only that, they also sent beautiful flowers just a couple of days later. I would definitely recommend Chewy to anyone with fur babies. They will go above and beyond for everything. Thank you so much for the care you have shown me in this time of loss.

Chewy is the most amazing pet company! Not only do they have the most affordable and competitive prices, their customer service is unbeatable! After our baby passed away, I asked to return unopened medication that we purchased. They replied almost instantly, gave us a refund, and told us to donated the medication valued at $90. The following day, we received beautiful sympathy flowers that made us feel so good. I cannot recommend them enough!

I wish I could give them 10/10. I’ve always been happy with Chewy, but today I received a birthday card in the mail from Chewy for my cat Simba. His birthday is later this month. I was most thrilled to see that it was hand-written because that shows the time, love and care spent in doing things right. I felt very honored to receive such a kind gesture. I am a very happy and I will forever be a loyal customer. Thank you Chewy.

What an awesome company Chewy.com is! We lost our beloved dog, Riley recently. Chewy, doing their usual Birthday cards, sent one to our baby. I called when I received the card last week, and told them that our baby was no longer with us, and could they please remove him off of their mailing list? The young man that I spoke with, I believe his name was Adam, was very sympathetic on the phone, and told me he was so sorry to hear of our loss. He asked me if there was anything else he could do for me besides remove Riley from the mailing list? I told him no, that was it, and of course I was crying at this point. He once again extended his sympathy to me, and said if there was anything else they could do to please let them know. Fast forward to today, and I received a dozen vased roses, with condolences on Riley's passing! Talk about going above, and beyond! What great business! All companies could take a lesson from Chewy.com! Thank you Chewy! I totally appreciate the flowers, and the condolences.

Thank you Chewy. Chewy is not only convenient, easy to use, and flexible but they care. My dog passed away a few weeks ago. The next week I got a message saying an auto ship was on its way to my house. I wrote to Chewy to let them know that I would be returning the order for a refund because he passed. They gave me an immediate refund and a few days later I arrived home to bouquet of flowers on my door step. I had no idea what it was for until I read the card. Chewy sent me flowers for my loss. That was beyond what I would ever expect from a big corporation. Thank you Chewy, I will be back as a customer in the future!

Chewy has been my go to company for our pet supplies forever! We had a house fire a few months ago and lost all of our animals. I chatted with them to cancel my auto shipments. Not only did they cancel my auto shipment they credited my account also. A few weeks later I receive flowers from them. Amazing company!

If I could give them 1 million stars I would. I accidentally bought the wrong food and had to purchase another one and they refunded me for the old food and told me to donate it to dogs in need. I get all of my pet supplies from chewy and they are incredibly fast with their shipping. I have spoken to customer service a few times and each time they were extremely helpful and nice. I have nothing but great things to say about chewy!

Big thank you and 5 stars to Chewy's customer service! We recently purchased braces for our dog who tore her ACL. We ordered them from Chewy and got them right away. Unfortunantly they did not fit her little legs. I called customer service to get a return label and refund and the nice lady said "We will be glad to refund your $50 and just keep them and donate them to a vet or a shelter in your dogs name!" I was blown away and couldn't believe how easy it was and how generous they were!! We need more companys with great customer service like Chewy!!!! Its a lost art!!!
