I had a wonderful chat with Leo from the Miami, Florida branch. He was an incredible help and quick to refund me on an accidental order. I also got to speak with Kyle the supervisor and just have to say I adore their attitudes! Kind, patient, and friendly enough to have a good chat with. Personally, I love any customer service willing to put time into the customers and it gives the 'family' motto of Chewy a genuine mark. I appreciate Chewy.com. My boys and I recently lost our cat and are devastated. The week before her passing, I ordered cat food for her through Chewy.com. On the day she passed her cat food was delivered. I reached out to Chewy.com explained what happened and to ask how I can return the cat food, as I didn't want it to go to waste. They responded to me very quickly. They refunded my money and asked me to donate the food to a shelter near me. The very next day we received flowers from them for the loss of our family member. It touched our hearts so much. Thank you chewy.com!

Chewy is the most amazing company! They have helped me out so many different times. Just recently my dog had an allergy test and the dog food she eats she can't have and they easily refunded me the amount since I have unopened bags left!! (I buy in bulk lol) It was beyond simple and the people who you chat with are always friendly!

About two years ago my dog got diagnosed with diabetes and needed an overwhelming amount of supplies to get her healthy and keep her healthy. Chewy was extremely helpful in getting her needles and insulin because they made it very easy to get all the needed supplies to keep my little girl going strong. Unfortunately, last week I had to make a devasting decision and put her down due to several medical issues. Chewy was wonderful and refunded my money for the shipments that were already sent out and I did not need anymore. They recommended to donate the supplies so I had the vet office help me find people who were in need of those supplies and have provided those supplies to them. Today, I had a nice lady show up to my door to deliver me flowers that were from Chewy saying sorry for your loss. I was overwhelmed with emotions and was so grateful to Chewy for this act of compassion. They have been wonderful to work with from the start and anytime I had to call customer service for an issue they were consistently very nice and helpful. I would have to say I do not see this type of customers service anymore. Your entire team is so wonderful and I do not have enough time or words to tell you how much I appreciate you. I highly recommend Chewy because they are top notch.

Chewy has great customer service. Not even "for an online retailer;" the Chewy customer service I've experienced convinced me to take my business from Petsmart (where my family and I have shopped for decades) to Chewy alone. My family has also gotten on board since the prices are so competitive and the autoship is so easy to use. I had a missing product in my first package, and Chewy representatives got me my product within the week, and with an apology! My packages have all been flawless since. I'd highly recommend Chewy for anyone on a budget or just looking for an easier way to purchase high-quality pet goods.

I ordered topical flea medicine for my little pups from Chewy recently and even though I don't see any fleas or flea dirt, they're still itching so I emailed them today asking what they recommend I do. They replied right away offering to refund/replace with something else and at the end of the email they wrote "Please give Lucy and Poppy our Love" (not knowing we have Dobby now and Lucy passed away). I replied thanking them for the wonderful customer service and letting them know we said a sad goodbye to Lucy in December and introduced Dobby for their records. They replied with the MOST HEARTWARMING email. It made me happy cry it was so sweet! If there's any company that deserves a shout out, it's #chewy. My heart is fully touched! ❤ They wrote: "Hi there Erin, First and foremost, on behalf of all of us at Chewy, we send our deepest condolences your way. Dogs come into our lives, leave paw prints on our hearts, and we're forever changed by the memories they leave. I have never had a problem with their customer service, ever! I have had trouble with fedex busting up the packages but I’ve called and chewy’s customer service workers are so nice and so helpful, I have never appreciated customer service workers like them. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with everything you order from them
