Not only do I get really good deals on chewie.com, they have a really good customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone. They’re super helpful if you have any issues and they have a wide selection of all your pet needs at reasonable prices.

I am a loyal chewy customer! There are so few options to shop local for pet supplies, but either way I want to spend my money with a company who does Good. Chewy is one of those rare few large companies! I know they're not perfect but they're huge supporters of shelters and their prices are very competitive (read: good prices!).

Chewy is aces they work with me and if i get something that doesnt work i get a credit. as my dog has allergies and food had somethings she cant eat and they didnt hesitate to issue a credit and told me to donate the food to someone who needed it. two day delivery every time. prices are affordable and competitive. I have 4 furbabies so i get most of their needs from Chewy if available. I dont understand if a dog doesnt like dog food they blame the person selling it. they are the middle man and really have no control over content. they have been super to me and helpful like you cant believe. i am so glad i found them.

Chewy.com is the best place to shop for your fur babies. I have had nothing but the most amazing experience over the years with this company and highly recommended them to Pet Parents. Not only do they have a huge variety of products, great prices and expedited free delivery. They are also very empathetic and truly understand their customers needs. Upon the passing of my beloved Halo (my little Angel) they refunded me for all my unopened items and asked me to donate the merchandise to a local shelter. They also send me a huge bouquet of assorted flowers. They are truly one of the best companies out there and I wish them lots of success in future. We need more companies like Chewy.com

So I ordered from chewy for the first time, and part of my order was not delivered as it said or was stolen. I called Chewy customer service, and they didn’t even ask how or why, they just sent another for FREE!!!! I was not expecting that at all. No questions asked. I was stunned and they even said if I ever did recover my package to just keep it or donate it. Now that is customer service! Thank you Chewy!!!
