easy order, quick delivery BUT i was disappointed that the description of what I ordered did not exactly match what I got - litter comes in scented and unscented - I was not given a choice (and my cat has a preference.)

My transaction for dog food was quick, easy, and friendly, plus their price on grain-free food was competitive and customer service was accommodating.

The products were less expensive than in the store although to get more bang for my buck, I did have to order more than I planned. The shipment was very fast but the box was covered with ants, which then I inadvertently brought into my house.

Ordering is not too bad and the price is awesome. But when it came to shipping, it took them about 2 days before they shipped it. That's why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5. It would've been 5 if they shipped it right away.

I had a great experience on your website.....I just ordered a case of the wrong cat food. I was suppose to get the 95% and I evidentally chose the wrong one. My kitty will not eat what I ordered. Other than my screw up, all is well. I am glad we have so many good choices (all tho it is confusing) for our babies. Years ago, we did not have it, or I was out of the loop, one.

Hello, The last time I ordered from you the bag was ripped in the box and you folks were so kind as to send me a free bag of canidae all life stages. This time the bag was ripped on the outside, but the food was safe. The bag was warn pretty bad. I wonder if they are doing that after it leaves your hands. I really appreciate everything you folks do and will continue to get my products. I should up-load a photo of the bag since I have not opened it yet. Have a great day and know it is not your fault. I ordered a RX and they called the vet with wrong order. I got the correct order. The order came very fast.
