Shipping took way to long, took 5 days. My dog loves her food though.

had a good variety of items i was interested BUT a competitor shipped out order same day(monday) and received (wednesday), both qualified free shipping. with Chewy i placed the order on monday, took 2 days to get the order out and did not receive my order till saturday evening. I do like the variety and good prices and will come back to order, just have to plan longer to get the goods.

I was happy at the beginning in virtue of having found your website with your delivery service. On the other hand, I was unhappy because the person who took my order forgot to mention my 15% discount for first timers. Scarlett

I ordered a case of Red Barn 12" bully sticks. My first two shipments contained only one single bully stick. On the third shipment, I finally received what I ordered. Customer service was excellent when I called them after receiving the incorrect order twice. This is a great product at a great price. My 4 month old puppy is in a nipping phase and these do the trick. He would rather chew a bully stick than nip us.

Hello ~~~~~~~~~~~ My experience online was alright , and I say that because it was not easy to fine the product I was looking for per say! Your Web site could be a little more organized. Will I buy again I am not sure , I am on your program right now but will see how that goes & make a decision then on things!

The 12 cans of dog food were packed on the bottom of the box, shrink wrapped together in a smaller carton. The three five pound bags of dry dog food were on top of the cans. There was dry food spilled throughout the carton since the three bags were torn. Now I'll have to tape up the two bags that won't be needed for awhile so the food stays fresh.

was dissapointed that I lost the oppurtunity for a discount on no delivery fee by a few dollars...the software did not reveal final total and was unforgiving in the oppurtunity to order more product and avoid shipping fees

This was my first time ordering from Chewy and it was quick and easy. I found Chewy through Google and the website had everything I was looking for. However, out of the 3 items I wanted they one had ONE thing in stock. I ordered the one item that was available and it was shipped directly to my door within the same week. Imagine the possibilities if ALL of your items were in stock :)
