Previous Chewy orders have gone fine except this last one. Ordered a double Seresto cat collars. Got 1 dog and 1 cat. They told us to donate the dog collar to local animal group which we are doing. And they credited us for the dog collar. That was fine. But I needed 1 cat collar. Rather than charging me for half the double collar price, I'm getting billed for the higher cost of 1 cat collar.

Second time ordering through chewy.com. This one was a big order from diapers and special treats and food for my senior dog to big bag of dog food, treats and toys for my Shepherd. I was so excited until I checked my bank acct. they charged me twice for different amounts. One being the actual charged I agreed to pay, the second even more😳. So I called. They said one would drop off in a couple days it was due to a computer generated discount, but their discount amount didn’t match up 🤔. So I asked how I would know when the computer was going to generate this discount so I could be prepared for the extra hold on my funds. She said it was random 😖. They lost my business.

Was ok, but a product on autoship was discontinued... and they just stopped sending with no notification.

Yes, the prices are a bit lower, but NEVER subscribe so that they auto-ship your orders. I still had half a bag of food, so I moved the auto-ship date a month later. A week later and they have still charged my bank card for the cancelled auto-ship. When I called, they reassured me that they would reverse it quickly. Two days later and it’s still there. That’s the end of me ordering from Chewy… I get free shipping on Amazon so it works out better. Besides, Chewy is owned by PetSmart.

The customer service is great, really the only reason to use chewy along with the shipping times. Keeping your auto ship orders in stock and actually mailing them on time is another matter. For months my food auto ship has been OOS and even the cat treat size I get. When I go to add several of the smaller size to compensate I see they have now put a 2 package limit on orders. This means I cant get enough to qualify for free shipping and it’s not worth ordering only a fraction of what I need. This is the 4th month in a row this has happened. Looks like I’m going to find another option.

Tried to use Chewy for my dogs prescription dog food they got the 1st 2 orders to me on-time, still waiting on the third (and last). No communication, No sorry your order is late email. I used Chewy even though I can get the food from my Vet (cheaper) for convenience and so we would not run out- That did not happen and we had to run like crazy to make sure we could get the food locally. No Thanks- I do not recommend them.

Never used chewy before but decided to give them a try. I ordered a bucket of sea salt, fish food and dog treats. They packed everything in one box, so when I opened the box the fish food was crushed and all over the inside of the box, and the dog treats were smashed into dust. This was not a very good first order experience......they did however sent me new fish food and treats fairly quickly.

I thought I was on the right track, getting my cat food delivered monthly, until my bank pointed out that I had spent "more than usual" on Chewy this month. I looked into it, and realized that my monthly charge had been increasing every month for 4 months straight. No thanks. I'll get my cat food elsewhere.
