Terrible! Ordered prescription food for our home in Florida. Provided veterinarian signed certificate confirming food was prescribed by a vet at VCA clinic in Canada. Have ordered from US site with Canadian authorization previously. Was not a problem. Was just told by Chewy representative that Chewy does not accept Canadian veterinary authorizations. Inconsistent rules. Service which cannot be trusted. Very disappointing!

Terrible! I ordered two prescriptions and after 10 days they had not even shipped. I cancelled them and ordered them from Allivet.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. My dog food order was delayed with no real updates or communication from the company. I reached out on Saturday and again on Sunday, but both times I was simply told what was already visible on the FedEx tracking page — no effort to actually resolve the issue. Because of the delay, I was forced to spend $50 on a different brand of dog food just to make sure my dog had something to eat. Anyone who knows about pet care understands that transitioning to a new food has to be done gradually to avoid stomach issues, so this situation has been stressful and unnecessary. To make things worse, the company only offered a $5.00 credit for the inconvenience, which feels like a weak response considering the lack of communication and the extra cost I had to take on. The brand I normally order is only available through this website, so I expected much better service and reliability. Also keep in mind I have 3 dogs in which I have been ordering from Chewy for over 10 years. The customer service has really went down hill. I’ll have to reconsider ordering from here again.

They sent me the wrong dog food two times in a row. Therefore my dog went a week without her kibble. Instead of being sorry and trying to make it right they said I had to send back the last bag which was wrong before they could send out the correct bag which would have meant another 5 days (at least) my dog wouldn't have kibble. Absolutely ridiculous customer service

For my first order with Chewy, I ordered 150 dollars worth. I have never received the package - FedEx claims otherwise but there is no signature form - and so I have not been refunded and the fault and loss falls on me. This is after several cordial chats with customer service and patience from my end. Of course mistakes can happen but I feel that the response from Chewy has left me down. Therefore I don’t recommend.

Got emergency vet's prescription and instead of reaching out to the vet as they say they will, they called and emailed me over and over. After, over 20 minutes with two reps, I was never close to having the issue be resolved when they could have just reached out to the vet as they say they will do.

terrible customer service. I have contacted them everyday for the last 5 days becuase my card was charged and i still have not received my dog food. I will never purchase from this company again. the people on the chat are super unhelpful and just end the chat as you are trying to communicate.

I was very disappointed with Chewy this time. We are traveling from Oregon to Ohio and needed an order of Ark Naturals and Denamarin. I definitely needed the Denarmarin before we left as our pet's liver enzymes are elevated. I received an order of something totally different than my order and called right away. There wasn't enough time to receive the order in Oregon so I told them to send it to our home in Ohio. I got on the site to make sure it was sent and they never sent the Denamarin... only the Ark Naturals and without letting me know..... just supposedly credited the Denamarin. I have to wait to see if that actually happens. In the meantime, I have to find Denamarin on the way home. I am very disappointed with them and will have to question if I will order from them again!
